Well,I've read some bad reviews and I was a little reluctant to buy this BUT I did it. I used it the first time today and it worked great. No noise and it did a great job. I bought this one because it's stainless & safer.

I got this in one week from the Cuisinart store. I purchased it for the size and the multiple functions. I don't think it is noisy and I don't mind it not having a timer. I also purchased the parchment paper sheets at the same time, they work great. So far I have used the toast, bake, and the airfryer options. I think toasting takes too much time, will just take out my toaster and use that instead. But the baking and airfryer options are perfect for me, a single person.

I ordered this compact Cuisinart as well as the larger model (TOA-70). Comparing with the larger model, the compact one:- Doesn’t have the grill feature- Doesn’t have a built-in timer for any of the features except for toasting- Doesn’t have an interior light- Isn’t stainless steel on the sides and top; it only is on the frontHowever, I absolutely love it and went with the compact one. Here’s why:- Despite being “compact”, it has plenty of room inside. More room than my barrel-style air fryer!- It air fries as well as my barrel air fryer, which I’ll be selling soon because I’m trying to get away from cooking with nonstick and this is all stainless steel inside.- It also toasts as well and as quickly as the toaster oven I’ve had for 10 years. Some reviews stated this takes a long time to toast but they may be comparing it with a regular toaster, not a toaster oven. I haven’t used the other features yet as I mainly needed these two.- The main reason I really like using this one over the larger model is because you can almost fully pull out the rack you’re cooking on without it falling down. The larger model was annoying with that because pulling the rack about halfway out meant it would fall and food would fall off onto the door. I would need to remove the rack entirely in order to flip food over or to take it out when it was done.- No timer: I don’t care about that because I just set a timer on the microwave like I’d do if I were baking something in the oven (this is technically a countertop oven after all). Many reviewers are upset there’s no auto-off for anything except the toasting, but ovens don’t turn off on their own. When the timer goes off I check on the food and turn the dial to off. Not a problem at all.- No light: At first I thought I’d miss the interior light, but my barrel air fryer doesn’t have one either, I just open the door and look in. Haven’t missed it.I am really disappointed that, unlike the larger model, the compact one doesn’t have stainless steel sides and top. It makes it look cheaper than the other one. A work around: I put it in the corner of my counter so you can’t see the sides as much. Despite this being an important miss to me, I love this toaster oven/ air fryer enough to overlook that.

Nice compact oven. Replacing larger one that had no glass door. Seems to function well. Hopefully this is a healthier option to our old air flyer. Seems very durable. Looks nice on the counter. Easy to use and clean. There is no auto timer for the oven air fry function only toaster. Cooks well.

The bake setting is useless. I have tried approx four times and it is either undercooked or burnt.The air fry is adequate, however the tray and basket are of such poor quality that they mark very easily. I have soaked in not soapy water but the stains remain.How do I return this item? I am not satisfied at all.

This is a great airfryer and I am very happy with this purchase. I have been using it every day for the last two weeks. It is powerful and heats food extremely quickly. I've stopped using my microwave to heat up leftovers and I get crisp warm food vs. microwave unevenly heated and somewhat soggy food.I got this unit after ordering & returning another unit which was mostly plastic -- and would smell of burning plastic when used. This unit however is almost entirely metal and so does not have that problem.The positives:* all metal, no 'hot melting plastic' fumes* A small size which makes it convenient and efficient for single meals in a small kitchen* Powerful, heats up food quickly.Drawbacks:* its smaller, may not be big enough for cooking for more than 1 or 2 people* it does not have (any?) aftermarket accessories available, compared to the TOA-60/TOA-65

It is perfect for my little corner, I use it a lot for toasts, bagels, defrost pita bread, etc. The air fryer works wonders, I only seasoned the vegetables and they come out perfect with no oil, haven’t baked yet but for that task I will most likely use the oven. It heats up foods well with the broiler setting and my single serving pizza baked really well. My only complaint is no pre set timer like in my old electric oven, but hey it forces you in a nice way to pay attention and stay in cooking mode. I would recommend it and definitely buy it again.

The first few times I tried to use this, it sounded like something might have been stuck in the fan as there was a horrendously loud nonstop noise even though the oven was working. When I was about to call Cuisinart's service line I decided to test it just one more time, so it of course started working perfectly without a sound. It seems that this was just an initial issue but I know Cuisinart has a good warranty if needed later on.That said, it's really the perfect size for my apartment kitchen and I particularly wanted a multi-function oven air fryer, of which there are few options at this size. It works well and very fast as the small size doesn't require much time to heat up or circulate. I've used the included air fryer basket, tray, and a glass Pyrex on the Bake setting too. Now that it's quiet, I'm very happy with this purchase.

First, this is a beautiful product. It's compact and unabtrusive. Everything is great about this unit except one feature. It doesn't truly toast. The toast setting is, according to my spouse, useless. It takes him 3 rounds of toast on high to achieve normal color and then the toast is as dry as hell. I tried to get around it by airfrying the toast and that might be the solution. However, it still leaves us with an option that doesn't really satisfy. It's really hard to design an all in one product. Would not purchase again, but I continue to respect Cuisinart products.
