Great plug. I swim twice a week with a lot of underwater laps, the outer clips always slip off. I tried another brand of in the nose plugs but they were too small, this is comfortable and does the job,

I was hopeful, but they don't seal for me at all. The silicone tips are hard, so I couldn't squish them into the right place to stop up my breath. Instructions not clear (see attached image), so I couldn't figure out if I was doing something wrong. Maybe it's just not a good fit for my nose shape.

Cannot bear to wear nose clips, these are much more comfortable to wear. Highly recommend them to any swimmer.

These nose plugs are very comfortable. They are cheaper than the other ones that I have purchased several times (Sinus saver)! Use them daily with no problem.

I ordered these for my 9-year-old, and based on the description (small for ages 6-13 years), I chose the small size. Unfortunately, they do not form a good seal and allow water to leak into their nose. My child doesn’t have a particularly large nose, so I would recommend sizing up if you’re unsure. It also comes with a nice carry case and a pair of silicone ear plugs that DO fit, but not what we needed...The design and material seem fine, but the sizing chart could be more accurate to avoid these issues.

they go way to far into the nose, the reviews are wack, they do not provide a good seal. don not waste your money
