The most important part of the crew-pak is the manual, which is included. This contains the required content to get you ready for your adventure dives needed for the PADI Adventure Diver and PADI Advanced Open Water certifications. Each chapter ends with knowledge review quiz that you will need to complete and review with your dive instructor before each adventure dive. Much cheaper than PADI eLearning, easier to share with a friend, and for me personally, I'd rather learn from a book than on my phone.It also comes with the plastic data carrier slate for notes while diving.It does not include the Surface Marker Buoy (SMB), whistle, or any supplemental DVDs that are part of the normal crew-pak. Honestly, I didn't need these anyway, but took off one star because of the wrong label. I'd be happy to update the review to 5 stars if the item title is updated.

Im going diving after a few years do i wanted the book to brush up on my skills. Great book so far, great quility and arrived quick.
