A good value and perfect for kids.The dial does turn a bit too easy for my taste. Iām afraid it might get turned inadvertently during a hike. Otherwise these a pretty nice.

Ok, stupid of me to think I could in the year 2024 buy a very cheap compass and it would at least know where north. I'm the idiot. but these are absolute trash. Look at these and NO, metal (iron) near them.Not only are they not properly oriented, neither is pointed NORTH .. kind of a bid deal.Straight to trash. Just complete POS's

My 3 years old son loves it! He's learning directions and how to read numbers. Or he's using it as a toy to throw around. Either way, it makes him happy. Highly recommend it.
