The rubber outfeed and guide rollers on the scanner broke down and turned gummy and sticky. These fit perfectly and eliminated the paper jams that the old rollers were causing. A bit of a trick disassembling the scanner to install these but a lot cheaper than a new scanner.

Excellent repair after I ordered the part from amazon of the feed and exit rollers of a Fujitsu / Ricoh Scansnap s1500 compact duplex desktop feed scanner. The part was difficult to find, but this part had good reviews on amazon for this specific model s1500 scanner: Product Name: Feed Roller & Exit Roller with Shaft, Compatible with fujitsu fi-6110 N1800 S1500M S1500, OEM code / Part NO: PA03586-K983 PA03586-K984- ABC Computer Services (in NYC) had a fair price and picked up the scanner in a box I gave them and changed the part taking most of the scanner apart down to the boards, and then returning it back after a few hours, and returning it in like new condition. The appt was easy to set up a few days after I contacted them, and the online payment was convenient. The scanner exit/feed rollers had melted after years of use and become sticky and were catching the paper after fed once, and now it can again take 50 continue sheets to scan without jam, and works like new, like the highest rated Scansnap scanners. I like the look and compatibility of the s1500 over the newer models, and saved part of the $400+ expense of a new model.

These rollers are perfect replacements for my s1500 scanner. The install was complex and it’s hard to find a good English install guide.The scanner works like new.

Do not get this feed roller kit for scansnap S1500 this model has no customer support. I replaced the drive rollers, turned it on got error message " Failed to calibrate optical system contact FUJITSU dealer" company was sold new company does not support the S1500 scanner. No Help on how fix problem , tried to reboot nothing worked. It worked just fine but the drive rollers got sticky and the paper would jam , so found drive roller kit at amazon and bought it . Please do not make this mistake.

I was given an old s1500 that had "melted" rollers. They looked like tacky glue and were just messy globs. The scanner had to be torn down nearly completely to access the rollers. Once the inside was cleaned and these new rollers were installed, the scanner functioned like new. This is a very good replacement part.

The rollers fit perfectly. But it is a tedious process to replace the rollers. There is a good video by the OKLILI company that sells this product that goes through the whole replacement process. It will take a good bit of time and patience to replace these, but for me it was worth the time. Rather than spending hundreds for a new scanner, this $20 product made sense to me.For me, it was worth the time. My scanner is probably about 20 years old. It has worked fine till recently and I saw that the feeder and exit rollers were all gummed up and that screwed up the scanning. Fujitsu doesn't recommend replacing these rollers....I think they would rather sell you a new scanner and they really didn't design it well for replacing these.I replaced these in a couple of hours, and it took some careful disassembly and reassembly. But the scanner works great now....and hopefully for another 20 years or so.

These are great replacement parts for the scanner. The original rollers were wore out and sticky and these fixed the problem.

This set of parts worked great. It took some time to disassemble and reassemble the Fuji Scanner 1500 model but it was worth every second of it.
