I was a little nervous about this purchase after seeing some YouTube reviews. For me it works fine. At least I’ve measured line voltage at almost 400 v peak to peak with no issues. I think for low frequency stuff this is a great probe. It compensated easily with my scope. Looks well constructed for the price.

Probes like this can be expensive. These work as advertised in my tests and at a great low price.

Works well for the price. I was able to calibrate it well and no visible distortions seen so far. I am not fully sure of the capacitive loading.

I do not need a HV probe very often, so I did not spend a lot of money buying one. I did not see any certification on it, so you are trusting whoever made it, that it is safe to use up to 2,000 Volts. On (low) current limited circuits, I do not worry much about it. For serious HV, most of the time I hook it up to a dead circuit point, step back, and then energize the circuit. If your scope input has a ground common to the probe shield, metal on the oscilloscope can be at the same potential as the probe. So sometimes the best plan is: off-attach-retreat-energize-read-off-safely discharge. Accurate enough for the testing I do. YMMV

This probe works well for higher signal voltages. Shipped fast and quality is good considering the price.
