Great tool for thoroughly and easily mixing many things. Gravy, dry milk, Kool-Aid, many things that you would normally put in a shaker bottle.

I saw this on a cooking show, and immediately started searching for it on Amazon. Bingo! Several different varieties for sale, but I chose this one for the size - which is approximately 3 inches round - not too big, or small - just perfect. This little gem whips up eggs, butter, dry ingredients, sauces, or anything that needs to be mixed. I literally threw away the old cylindrical one that just about every house hold in America has, because the performance of this was so much quicker, and enables the user to get into those pesky corners. Love it, and highly recommend. Also, a great gift for those foodies in our families

Pan sauces are what I often make. I had one of these whisk from a different company, and it kept falling apart. OXO is a brand that I trust, so I tossed my former one and bought this whisk. This whisk is so unappreciated, as well as not well known. It's the best whisk you can use for gravies and sauces. The wire whisk fits into the edges of the pot, perfectly. My sauces are lump free! It's one of the whisks I reach for the most.
