I used it to make mini cheesecakes. Mixing the softened cream cheese and other ingredients worked better than I had anticipated, so I didn't have to get out my mixer for a small amount of batter. I'm happy I had less clean up.

my biggest fear when I ordered this was how stiff and durable are fork like wisks going to be on this and I can already tell this will durable enough to do the thickest instant potatoes or pankcake batter you could throw at it. It can also take really high temperatures and the material it's made out of is safe to use on nonstick cookware and cleans up nicely.

What do you use this for? Let me tell you. This unique tool is wonderful for pasta, especially spaghetti. Even better for roasts in the crock pot! Love this tool when making soups, great for whisking in ingredients but still able to scoop out vegetables to see if they are cooked. This tool has unlimited uses and is used a lot in my home at dinner time. It’s sturdy and has a long handle like a spatula. What i love most is that for not being silicone, it is heat resistant and still easy to clean. Nothing has stuck to it while cooking. Highly recommended!

I had been looking for something like this for a while and finally found it! All of my pots are Le Creuset cast iron with enamel on the inside and using metal would scratch the enamel coating. They are beautiful and high functioning but also quite expensive, so I don’t want to ruin them. 99% of the time I use wooden utensils to stir and mix, but sometimes you just need a fork. And other times only a whisk will do. I have silicone whisks, but none of them are comparable to a wire whisk, the loops are just not sturdy. This tool is perfect! It is rigid enough to actually whisk properly without risk of damaging my pots. Don’t hesitate to buy this, it’s the kitchen tool that you didn’t know you NEEDED!
