This was my review of the Caraway Non-Stick Ceramic Baking Sheet - Naturally Slick Ceramic Coating and how the OXO Good Grips Non-Stick Pro Half sheet compares.As a brand new baking sheet, (the Caraway) the non stick surface is amazing. However, over time this sheet has built up a residue where oils have darkened it. I have only ever used olive oil for cooking vegetables or meatballs. This pan has never had anything abrasive touch it. I purchased this pan at the same time as the OXO Good Grips Non-Stick Pro Half Sheet in order to test both. Honestly, at have the price, the OXO baking sheet has performed better and maintained it's non stick properties better. The OXO is my first choice and most used when choosing a baking sheet.

The first one we received warped badly. It looks perfect until you reach 300 F or so and then it's all twisted. I contacted the company and they sent me a new one. The new one also warps. Not as bad but definitely not what I expect from a company with a reputation for great kitchen products. On the plus side the non-stick works well and it's easy to clean.

My niece bought me my first one 5 years ago and I have bought 3 for myself and 3 for Christmas gifts. They have a grate that fits inside, which is purchased separately; that I highly recommend. These are the BEST baking sheets I have ever used in my 43 years of baking. Very durable, dishwasher safe and cools quickly. I bake 1,000 cookies every Thanksgiving, 1,200 cookies every Christmas, 400 every Valentines Day, 800 cookies every Easter and lots of cookies for Grandchildrens birthdays. I am known as the cookie lady and I would recommend this baking sheet. Of course, it has many other uses besides baking cookies.

This pan is fantastic! No stick, cooks evenly, and very sturdy. This is not going to warp anytime soon.

I love them! These are a tie with my Nordic Ware Natural Aluminum sheets. I do use parchment paper, if I didn't I think the lines would drive me crazy on the bottom of my baked goods. But parchment paper is ALWAYS used when I bake. The pan bakes at an even temperature throughout, no hot spots, no issues at all... great quality.

This is a great, high quality sheet pan. If you're looking for "the one" I can't recommend this one enough.I've had it for around 4 months, using it multiple times a week. The non-stick coating is still perfect, and this makes it so easy to clean. It's thick and sturdy, and won't deform in the over like other pans. I've never had an issue with any discoloring, even after scrubbing off burned on food!Also, the little ridges on this pan make food more crispy! What an unexpected and delightful benefit :)

Very nice pan, easy to clean. As per the manufacturer the pan is good to 450°F, but it warped at 400. I just took off 1 star for the warping.

I had been looking for a nonstick baking sheet to reduce my use of aluminum foil. I found it. This pan works great. It’s recommended not to use cooking spray because the film can build up and take away the effectiveness of the nonstick. Even better. We cooked salmon the other night and with no spray, no foil, it cooked perfectly and did not stick! Washing is easy-simple wipe with a sponge and warm water…I don’t use the dishwasher. During the first use, it buckled but then resumed the normal shape and never buckled again. It’s perfect and worth the money. Highly recommended!!

These are the best baking sheets. Replacing mine after 2 years of almost daily use. The coating started to wear a little so I prefer to replace quickly. But worth it as I love everything about this pan.

As others have pointed out it warps significantly at 350 ˚F. This causes sauces to pool to one side while baking. However the shape recovers when you take it out of the oven. Expect more from a 'premium' product.The non-stick features seem to work pretty well

This is a SOLID sheet pan. It's actually non-stick which is great and is easy to clean if you clean it right away. I use a no scratch sponge or a heavy no scratch bristled brush. Definitely need another one. It's sturdy enough for me, however, the one time I used it for only one item it did warp at 425° so if it's not loaded up it will slightly warp at hotter temps.
