I measured my own size and this was the perfect size to allow space (margin) for heat to flow freely past all sides. Top quality, heavy (holds heat well after leaving the oven. The size requires some effort to clean, but if you work on it you can do it. I am extremely satisfied with this choice. Would purchase again but this will last forever!

I make a lot of small batch gluten free cookies. This pan is the perfect size to get two dozen cookies on one pan and cook the whole batch of cookies at one time. It's an excellent cookie sheet.

This is the largest size to fit normal home ovens. It justtt fits into my oven, giving me the ability to bake more at a time. This perfectly heat up and cooks evenly. A quick rinse with soap and water after it has cooled has kept is in new condition. Highly recommend, even bought for my parents to make life easier when I am home.

I am a retired chef and do large scale baking (cakes, cookies, bread) in my home for holiday gifts and special occasions. During my career, I bought high quality commercial cookware for my home. In my experience, baked goods turn out better on heavier pans. They distribute the heat more evenly. They also last much longer. When I was cooking professionally, I had not heard of the NewStar brand. I have only bought NewStar products from Amazon and have never been disappointed. Recently, I was ordering a work table from an online restaurant supply store and I needed a couple of 2/3 size sheet pans. So, I purchased, at a much lower price, a brand with which I was familiar that had the exact same specs as these pans. By comparison, they were complete junk. I promptly went back to Amazon and replaced them with NewStar sheet pans. NewStar is now my go-to brand of cookware. I noticed a sticker on the package that said to only wash these pans by hand. If you don't know already, all quality cookware should be washed by hand. Cookware is not meant for the harsh chemicals in a dishwasher. You will pay a little more for these pans, but, if you take care of them, you will never have to replace them. 50 years from now, your grandchildren will be happily using these same pans.

They are about 1mm smaller and can only be stacked one way inside my previously purchased pans.

After initially searching for silicone mats for our cheap tiny baking sheets, I decided that I wanted to buy new sheets, mats, and cooling/cooking racks. I searched and searched and read so many reviews of Sheets that warp, lose their form, collect water, rust, Mats that smoke and/or emit strange odors - what? and Racks that have poor welds, rust, warp, or are just weak and can't support much weight. I began to lose confidence in the ability to find something reliable here on Amazon. I adjusted my search criteria multiple times before this brand, New Star Foodservice, showed up. As I read the reviews my confidence slowly returned and I decided to proceed with my purchase. I paired these with heavy duty stainless steel racks from Hamilton Housewares. I puchased (2) 1/4 sheet sets for our toaster oven, (1) 1/2 sheet set and (1) 2/3 sheet set which is the largest that will fit in our conventional oven.My wife and I are stoked! We now have these high quality sheets each with a silicone mat and cooking/cooling rack in all these sizes. So far so good! Everything cleans up so easily and we do not see any of the multitude of issues reported by other reviewers.
