It was just what I was looking for. Fit nicely on top the gas range. Maybe by design, but it heated up FAST. I liked that, it seared and put a nice crust on the veggies.

Il prezzo dell'offerta era allettante, ma il prodotto è convincente. La piastra è molto solida e il lato liscio (per grigliare il pesce) ha un sufficiente drenaggio laterale. Ci sono anche strumenti per la pulizia. La stagione del barbecue può iniziare.

Für den Einsatz auf unserer Gusseisernen Ofenplatte optimal. Wird beidseitig viel genutzt. Da wir, was die Reinigung betrifft "geübt" sind ist dies für uns kein Problem.Wer allerdings noch nie mit Guss zu tun hatte sollte sich über dessen Reinigung richtig informieren. Gute Pflege ist das A &O, dafür sind sie so gut wie unkaputtbar, halten ewig und zaubern einen unvergleichlichen Geschmack!

Not sure how pre-seasoned this griddle is. Everything sticks to it. Like stuck on so bad the food was almost inedable. And, we did grease the pan. Eggs were a disaster, pancakes too.The flat side is very textured instead of smooth so is that the reason for all the stuck on food? We won't be using it for those 2 items again, perhaps just meat. So, we were kind of disappointed in this item. We may try to season it again sometime. Sad it was a disappointment to try using..

Omg I cannot express how much I love cooking on this it keeps me from having to use multiple cooking pan & pots it easy to clean and multiple items can be cooked at once.

Amazing product from Overmont! If you think it’s sticky , that’s because it’s a cast iron grill/griddle. These are not a non stick item but with the right oil or butter, it’s perfect! You can cook anything on it, and keeping it seasoned is the secret! This is what give you amazing flavor!

Simple and easy to use. I find I am using this more than I ever thought I would. It simply sits on top of my existing "center burner", preheat a while and cook. Great for all kinds of cooking once you get use to the temperature control (which will probably vary based on your own center burner's size, BTU output, etc.). Like any cast iron it requires some care - but really no more or any different from any other cast iron. I did lightly season it before first use and clean it up if I do some messy cooking. It is not light but I don't find it that hard to clean, dry and then lightly heat and season with vegetable oil.
