Using this product puts distance between my arm and hot oven racks as I remove baked items. It thwarts the possibility of burning my arms. I like that this rack puller is made of wood as well ... it's adds an aesthetic factor to this product. I highly recommend this product for gifts as well.

The quality feel of the finish on this handle is exceptional. A variety of notches for pulling hot oven racks forward and pushing back into the oven make this a handy tool. Pot holders are of course still necessary for handling hot pans…. but pot holders and oven mitts can be bulky or awkward for gripping smaller countertop oven racks like those in my new oven.When I recently upgraded from a small, simple toaster oven to a newer more feature rich counter top oven, I found it difficult to pull out the oven racks with the pans designed to use the full surface of the oven racks. Also the new oven does not have the racks hooked to pull out with the door as my toaster oven did. My wooden toaster tongs were ok… but really for picking up toast, not pulling out a heavy loaded hot oven rack.In searching for additional bakeware for my new oven I stumbled upon this wooden handle designed to hook a rack for pulling and also pushing a rack back into the oven. A handy tool that makes working with my new oven easier. This handle can be gently hand washed clean if needed, as with any wooden kitchen utensil, soaking or cleaning in the dishwasher is NOT recommended.Safe and easy to use, I definitely recommend it for any smaller oven that does not have racks that pull out with the oven door automatically.So glad I found this tool!

I’m always burning myself when using the oven. So decided to give this device a chance when I came across it. At the price, it wasn’t costly to try. I was so impressed when I used it. I’m able to pull my oven tray out fairly easily, even with my cast iron pots on the tray without burning myself. To me, it has way exceeded the cost. Really worth it. I’ve even bought a single glass one for the toaster oven.

We purchased the Shinelingee Oven Rack Puller for our new Val Cucina toaster over, and it pairs well with the oven. It is used for pulling out oven racks, and pushing them back in, all without bulky oven mitts. Its also nice that it is wooden, rather than plastic as so many kitchen items these day are. A reasonably-priced tool that you will use a lot!

We recently purchased a new double oven range and discovered the first time using it that pulling the racks out is a bit tricky. I went in search of a tool that would allow me to more easily to pull the racks out and came across this little gadget. It does pull the rack out... but once it hits the door, then you have to lift it up and over to continue pulling out. You can move the tool to the middle bar to pull the rack out a little farther, but then you're reaching into a HOT oven. The door/rack design is not the fault of this tool though... it's a poor oven design. This tool does help and works *mostly* as intended.It works great to push the rack back into the oven.The smallest cutout doesn't work on the oven at all. It works on my air fryer rack, which is a smaller diameter, but I usually just use the tongs I'm going to use with the food or the rubber oven mitts that came with it to pull the racks out of it.It was fairly inexpensive and it's a nice looking wooden gadget in my kitchen. I just wish it worked a little better with the small top oven in my double oven.
