We have a Rhodesian Labrador and she is about 36 lbs. She loves walks, but pulls the first 1/4 of a mile from excitement. The lease felt a little sensitive during the first part of the walk, but once she stopped pulling the leash worked well. My caution on the weight is that if the dog doesn’t settle and continues to pull, then the leash might not survive long term. If the dog is smaller and pulls, the integrity of the leash will probably be strong enough and last a little longer. Color is neutral and I have no opinion on dog accessories as a fashion statement.

I absolutely love this leash! It's much nicer and better well made than other similar leashes I have tried before. My dog is such a big fan and the grips really help keep a good handle on her. Would absolutely order again!

The beat feature is the 360 degree rotation of the leash to stay tangle free!!! It is such a relief and helps so much when walking a not so disciplined dog. Decently priced as compared to similar products on the market. Good retractablity. Make sure you do not exceed the 44lb limit for the dog or else the leash might not hold. Easy to use. Recommended

The leash extends smoothly, giving my dog plenty of freedom to explore, while still keeping him under control. The handle is comfortable to hold, and the breaking system is very responsive, making it easy to reel him back in when needed. It’s sturdy and well-made, so I feel confident that it will last a long time. Overall, this leash has made our walks more enjoyable and hassle free. Highly recommend it for any dog owner.

This is a real nice retractable leash—it’s attractive in the khaki color, and it’s also well put together. The tape-like cord rolls in and out very smoothly, and the handle feels good in my hand, as it has a rubberized surface where you grasp it. And for some reason (I have a couple of different leashes) my dog just really Iikes it.The holding/locking mechanism is a bit different than other leashes I’ve used, but it’s easy to work. The hook may be a little lightweight, but it’s fine for my dog, who weighs about 30 pounds. She’s also not a wild or aggressive dog so this leash works well for her. I have a relatively smaller hand (for a guy), so this fits me well, but if you have very large hands, this may be a little small/tight for you to hold on to. The leash weighs a little more than seven ounces so it’s easy to handle.The test with leashes is how long they last and how resilient they are when dropped. I haven’t had this long enough to answer those questions but it seems as sturdy as most leashes I’ve owned. And I do, again, really like color. This is a good leash for smaller/medium dogs and a good deal for the price, imo.

I've replaced my old leash that had a rounded cord that would keep getting stuck when trying to retract it. This new type with more of a flat ribbon is so much better and does not get stuck or tangled. I have a small dog who does not like to be on a leash but does not mind this one at all. It's much lighter weight and much easier to maneuver so that when the dog makes turns or circles trying to find that perfect spot the leash does not interfere or hit him in the head! Nice product and definitely offered at a good price.
