These worked absolutely fantastically!! Very simple to use. I used them on almost every outlet in my shop which is about 30 outlets. Most were recessed because the drywall crew didn’t move the boxes forward when they installed the drywall. They just cut a hole over the outlet. To do the entire shop only took me a few hours. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them!

These aren't a professional, high end adapter plate that a good installer will put in to adjust your fixture depth. This is a simple, quick, cheap fix for a homeowner with some improperly recessed outlets and a desire to stop breaking fixture cover plates. Most of the outlets in my house are too deeply recessed (the gang box is not flush with the drywall), but not to a consistent depth. So anytime I am replacing outlets, it is a pain to get things aligned and secured properly afterwards. These fix that issue, the design makes it easy to adjust the number used to get the exact depth I want, and the package includes enough that I won't run out anytime soon.

These are cheap and the best to use to properly space your wall outlets like in my case where the sheet rock walls protrude way past my outlet boxes. My wife is very happy to finally have the covers over the outlets.

These spacers worked as well as box extenders at a much better price. The spacers are easy to install. They stack easily for the desired depth. The only minor issue I incurred was the screw length. Some of the switch or plug screws currently installed were not long enough to compensate for the additional spacers required. Fortunately, I had a variety of screws on hand to fix the issue. The price of the product is very reasonably priced and I had plenty of spacers left over for additional outlets.

Such a simple and smart solution. Previous owners decided to change the face plates of the outlets and realized that the standards have changed within the last 75 years. Their hilarious solution was to loosen the receptacles inside the box. So wobbly outlets all around the house. These little things saved us a lot of money. It's better than changing all the boxes!
