The mount worked great for my Della 12,000 btu mini split, however I recommend using your own level. Do not rely on the level built into the mount. It was reading dead level but once I sat the unit on and had 5 big holes drilled in my wall I realized it was almost 2” out of level on one side. Oh well too late now I’ll just have to buy some thicker washers for the unlevel side along with longer bolts. All could’ve been avoided by not trusting a cheap level they provide. Live and learn…

I bought a 24k Mr Cool DIY unit. Concern about the length of the gas lines and vines from the steep hillside invading the unit, I opted to mount this 8ft. up. I really appreciated the built in bubble level and just the overall quality of the product was excellent, giving me confidence that my plan would be successful. The level adjusters on the bottom legs helped me dial things spot on.

This mounting bracket is strong and well made, and convenient. The mounting hardware is good and basically gets the job done. The instructions for mounting to different types of siding could be more detailed. This is a quibble, since it is a strong and well constructed mounting bracket. However, be aware that when the AC compressor is running, it can cause vibrations that you may hear inside. The included anti-vibration pads are great, but they can only do so much. My 24K BTU compressor unit is mounted to a wall outside my kitchen. It is very quiet, but there is vibration that you can hear inside the house. It sounds a bit like a truck idling in the distance. Not loud a all, but a minor annoyance, nevertheless. When possible, try to mount to a part of the house that is not directly adjacent to a high use area (like a kitchen, living room or bedroom). If this is unavoidable, consider making a traditional concrete pad for the unit to avoid the vibration issue entirely. I have a smaller 9K BTU unit mounted outside my bedroom and this too causes vibration, but it is considerably less noticeable.

Good quality and customizable. Been using it quite a while now and its still doing great! Probably would take to big a unit as it doesn't seem super tough but great for small unit.

As title states - it was one of the more affordable options listed on Amazon.Functioned as it should and still holding up just fine, 16 months later.We didn't end up use different anchor bolts but otherwise a solid budget option.Mr. Cool DIY 12k but unit used on this bracket.
