I don't think you could ask for more. Heats well. Good quality, packaged very well as my box had a big gash in it and It sounded like broken glass but I learned it was just the pack of screws after pulling it out and assembling. It throws the heat approx 2ft from heater. Be careful standing right up to it as it will burn your clothes before you realize it. Not the heaters fault just having too many layers on and not feeling the outer layer getting so hot. It's great and great value for 100 bucks.

Works great in our three season room when combined with another heat source. Feels like John Denver song… sunshine on my shoulders makes me happy

I just got this, and as a design engineer i must point out:1. Putting this together single handedly is a very clunky process, not to mention the quality isnt great. Improve your instruction manual and make a better way to put it together.2. The 4 bolts in the middle dont go all the way in.. why? It can easily slide to one end with one nudge. Not safe… or did i not put it right together… then again back to point 1.3. Your instruction manual says keep it away atleast 3 feet from other things…. But the wire itself is like 4-5 ft. Add a few inches baby… or feet.4. The safety bracket has no use being above the head, if youre thinking about safety of humans. The safety bracket should be below the heater on head/shoulder level from maximum height of the tripod…5. Turned it on for 5 minutes… the heat is on high is great will come back to this if this doesn't burn the place down

It came with all the parts in picture. Works great! Husband uses it in our garage which he lives the heat that it gives off.

The cord is way too short.Pulls a lot of volts too. Instructions say do not plug in to extension cord and it must be plugged into a socket by itself. Engineering was not good and the power cord is TOO short.

Ordered after I saw video someone posted here. Just great! Very sturdy. Can move around without worrying dog will knock over. Remote to change heat or shut off works great. Definitely a good buy.

Heats well, has a very stable stand. Cord is a bit short. Cannot tilt the unit forward to aim it bc that activates the tilt sensor, and the stand doesn't go very short - I didn't measure but I'd say definitely not shorter than 4ft maybe a bit more so keep that in mind. Assembly is not difficult, but if you want it on the stand, there is no mark for the center of the mounting on the back of the heater, so you will have to measure. Also no wrench is provided. These are just informational notes - so you won't be surprised. Nothing against it - it seems very solid and stable and generates good heat. The mounting track on the back allows you to arrange the mounting hardware in different spots for wall mounting, which is thoughtful.
