My kids and cats LOVE this chair! It is similar to a beanbag chair. You can just fall onto it. Excellent for reading or even a nap. Washable cover and it's really light. Great value!

I was struggling if to give this a 3 or 4 star as I love it, it is fun, it is unique, it is easy to put together, the cover is washable, it is comfy, it is great for outdoors or indoors, it is lower to the ground than a normal chair and it isn't solid or structured to give support to get up out of it, so some people who are not good with lower seats, might not appreciate this - or not when they need to get off it - it is super comfy so anyone sitting on it will enjoy it I am sure. So 5/5 for all those thingsBUT - the problem is the foam pieces - yes it comes vacuum packed like everything these days which is great just give it a day or two to expand to its natural shape/s then put inside the chair cover and fluff up - like you do with pillows and all things that have the foam piece inserts - the problem is after a few days, it is as if the foam pieces started to mold together and form lumps and bulge out of the sides - now I am not an overly heavy person maybe 150 pounds so I am not excessive sitting on it - I don't know if it's because the foam gets warm when sat on for long periods and then because it is being compressed it molds together - I started puffing it up each time I got off it - not a big deal, but somewhat of a pain - and it worked a little but again i think the foam pieces are sticking together - I did open it up and puff it up and was able to get it all loose again - but that is not a practical thing to do every few days - as much as I love this chair and it is comfy and part of that is because the foam molds around your shape - I think because it does't have rigid sides or a frame structure it is just going to keep getting compressed and then not comfy and not really useable.Now if it is for temporary us just every now and again, or maybe used as an oversized kids chair then maybe that would be great - I would still recommend puffing it up a little each time someone got off it - but I am not sure how much I will use it now - so - this could be a 4 star or even a 5 star if for kids or even pets - but its so nice.If not planning to use a lot I would recommend.

This is a review of a blue and white striped Outdoor Bean Bag Chair/Lounge.A minimal amount of assembly is required. The inner bag, filled with small pieces of sponge, comes shrink-wrapped and vacuum-packed. When we released the bag from its packaging, it enlarged itself, kind of like that episode of the Dick Van Dyke Show, where Laura (Mary Tyler Moore) opened an inflatable Life Raft (if you're old enough to remember.)We let it sit for a couple of days to make sure it was fully opened, and then manually sort of reformed it into the shape of the chair, and placed it into the zippered outer cover.The product information does not specify the exact fabric of either the outer cover, or of the bag that contains sponge pieces.The fabric of the inside bag is sheer and fragile, and appears to me that it might be subject to rips or tears. Mine was already torn. See my photos taken upon arrival. However the only time you'll likely remove the outside cover would be for cleaning if needed. Everything else, the stitching and zipper all appeared well done and sturdy.The fabric of the outside navy blue and white striped cover is the water-resistant material you find on outdoor pillow and chair covers. The product information mentions that the cover is removable for added convenience, but it does not expressly state whether or not it is washable or dry-cleanable.These are my honest opinions regarding this Bean Bag Chair/Lounger :It is attractive and unique, and does add a nice beachfront, tropical feel to your space.I like the coastal colors that were chosen, dark blue and white stripes, and the material appears durable for outdoor use.It is comfortable to sit on. The first time I sat on it I thought how nice it would be to curl up on it to read a book on the patio under the umbrella.Both my husband, who is very fit, and my dog, find it comfy and cozy , and have claimed it for their spot.Though I really like the concept and the look of this Bean Bag Chair, and I find it very comfortable to sit on , I am sorry to say that I find it difficult to extract myself from it, due to my knee arthritis.. I needed someone to help me up because there was nothing on which to support myself when I was ready to stand up. That might be remedied perhaps if I were to move it to a different location, maybe next to a higher table or similar. But that is just my situation, and most people will not have a problem with getting themselves out of this comfortable lounge, and kids in particular should love it.After using it for several days, I have decided that I am not really satisfied with the shape of the chair.It's kind of hard to explain. As I said , we had to put the sponge filled inner bag into the outside cover.I thought we had it arranged in the proper shape, as best we could, and for the first few times it was used, it retained that shape. But now, it is sort of lumpy, the sponge pieces have moved, and there is one place in particular (on the side) where the sponge has moved so much that there is a large dip in the seat which is not comfortable for sitting.I know we could unzip it and start over, punch the sponge pieces into place, but I don't have the time or energy to do that, and it's only been a couple of days. How often will I need to do this to keep it in the shape I want it in?I'm not so sure this chair is worth the trouble it will take to keep it in the shape I want it in, so I am giving it 3 starts.
