Weighing in at around 40 pounds, this thing comfortably contours to your body with the interior foam cushion. The exterior cover is made of a durable waterproof fabric that is thick but is slightly rough on the skin. However, because of the material, it will likely last you many seasons outdoors in the rain or sun without issues. To set it up, simply place the interior cushioning into the cover and shape the bean bag chair into the proper shape! Overall, it is a great outdoor patio piece that is comfortable and durable. I can easily recommend this to anyone!

Ok, im going to start off with the building of the beanbag. I about died, it was soooo hard to get the filling out of the tiny green bag it was in. When I unzipped the bag it started to expand bigger than the bag so it was near impossible to get the filling out. I managed to get it out by pulling on the plastic to slide it out, but im pretty sure i pulled a muscle and broke a nail in the process. Now the bean bag itself, pretty purple colour, the material cover is nice and water resistant. The filling expands, takes shape of a chair, fills it nicely and the bean bag is supportive. This is HUGE. Right now feels a little stiff when you sit on it and sinks a little but It does say it takes 24-48 hours to fully expand.

I chose this grey N&V outdoor foam bean bag chair for my patio, and I loved it so far. Though heavier than I would have expected, its fabric feels splash-proof, so it easily handles the occasional drink spill, but I do make sure to bring it inside when rain is forecast. It’s impressively fade-resistant, and after leaving it outside in the sun for a couple of days, the color still looks great - though only time can tell for sure. Cleaning is simple by just a quick wipe, and it’s good to go. It’s generously sized, incredibly comfortable for lounging solo or with family during outdoor gatherings. Definitely worth the consideration for both comfort and durability!

I always wanted to have this nostalgic piece of furniture as part of my room, dedicated to gaming. Unfortunately, bean bag chairs are notoriously difficult to get out of, probably more so now that I am older.This bean bag chair is not filled with the same filling as our chairs from yesteryear. This filling in this chair is like little pieces of memory foam. A much different and supportive filling.Another attractive feature is the water resistant/repellant cover. One thing bean bag chairs are known for is absorbing moisture. This chair should be impervious to this, making it much different by comparison.The chair ships heavily compressed. Move it into place before opening the cover and allowing it to expand. It is awkward to move and it does have a little more heft to it than our beloved bean bag chairs from the past.This is a perfect chair to lounge in and game, like it was 1985. It even has a bottle holder on the side. The chair itself is sized very generously.The cover seems easy maintenance and I can see how it could be used outside . The cover can be wiped clean, using a rag and water. It dries easily as well.If you are someone that loves easy to care for furniture that is surprisingly comfortable, this would be a chair for you to look into further. With the price point being $200 at the time of ordering, it may be budget prohibitive for some. However, I do see this chair lasting MUCH longer than those of our distant childhood memories.Recommended.In the event that experiences change or evolve, updates may be made to this review to address such developments.

We are building a game room for our kids in the basement and this bead bag chair fits right into the theme we have. I have to say that I had a hard time getting the bean bag out of the green pouch because the zippers were stuck on the material of the chair. Also as soon as you open the green pouch the bag starts to expand. I finally got the bean bag out with the help of my husband. The bean bag itself is nice looking. Good size, nice durable material and easy to put on and take out because of the zippers. The chair is really comfortable. I specifically got an outdoor bean bag because I feel that it's made to last so it should be able to survive 4 kids. Only complain is that it heavy to move it by yourself.

After unpacking and letting it expand this chair has been through some weather, seems fine, with little degradation. Recommended for utility.
