These make finding the right size for the actual ring easy. They do feel a bit heavier than the actual ring, but it’s nothing too crazy since you’re not wearing them for extended periods of time.

UPDATED: Sorry the below REVIEW is for the two OURA RING 4 rings that I purchased and enjoy. The kit was purchased first so that we had correct sizing for purchasing the rings. This worked out well especially because once I purchased the rings I received the cost of the kit off of the price of the ring.Purchased two of these and we’ve been wearing them for about two weeks now. As long as you have the right size we both find them to be very comfortable. They were very easy after downloading the Oura App to our phones it was very easy to connect; just follow the directions in the App itself. So far we’ve only had to charge them once and the app lets us know when it needs charging in which we were on our eighth day, so the battery life is close enough to what we expected. We do not remove are rings except for charging and cleaning and drying it after bathing or dishes etc. The scratch resistance so far is good and it does not appear or feel bulky to either one of us. The durability is great so far. Should anything change I will update this remove. WE LOVE how this ring keeps us on track with how our health is streaming along throughout our day and night. In our honest opinion we both feel this was money well spent. We have no regrets thus far.

The Oura Ring 4 Sizing Kit is a useful tool for finding the right fit before committing to the actual ring. The kit includes a variety of plastic ring sizes that mimic the real Oura Ring Gen 4, allowing you to wear them for a day or two to test comfort and fit. This is especially helpful since the Oura Ring isn’t resizable, so getting the right size upfront is important.That said, the plastic rings feel slightly different from the actual ring in terms of weight and texture, which makes it a bit tricky to fully gauge how the real one will feel over time. Also, I wish the sizing kit were refundable or came with a discount toward the final purchase since it’s a one-time-use item.Overall, it’s a handy and necessary tool for ensuring you get the best fit, but a few small improvements could make it even better.

If you are thinking of buying an Oura ring to monitor your health and fitness you MUST get this kit first. Oura ring sizes ARE NOT the same as regular rings. This kit comes with a wide selection of sizes. Try them on and wear for a few days. The Oura is a little bigger and thicker than a typical wedding band so you must wear for a few days to make sure it fits and you like wearing it on the finger you have chosen.Because the Oura is bigger it may take a while to get used to it and you should do a variety of activities especially exercise to accurately assess the size. For example, when I go on a long hike my fingers swell a bit and the ring size I initially tried was too tight. One thing to keep in mind though is that if you plan to loose weight, your fingers might get less fat and the ring size may change, so plan accordingly. (You can always change to a smaller finger or thumb as you wear the ring.

I used this to check my partners ring size and it worked great. I acted like I just wanted to “see if these Oura rings” fit and she was none-the-wiser. They’re comfortable to get on and come in a nice unassuming white color. The package is slim and not bulky. It doesn’t have a battery or anything, so just note this is just a sizing kit. Great value; I’d do it again!

Don’t wing it - get the size kit and wear the ring on your finger for a day to see if you like it. I assumed I’d want the ring on my dominant ring finger (6), but with this kit actually found I prefer an index ring (8). I also would have completely gotten my index finger ring size wrong if I’d just decided to wing it. Glad I did this before making such a significant investment in a wearable. Poor fit is why my Apple Watch is gathering dust in a drawer.
