I’m a 1/2 size so I had to size up on my ring. I’m loosing more weight so I’m waiting to resize my ring. I don’t like all the other options. This is so great and keeps my ring from spinning. The package comes with wayyyy too many. But it’s a good value. So easy to put on my ring. Does the trick without all the bulkiness. Super comfortable. Fits perfectly. The assortment of widths will work with any ring.
