The Oura ring 4 has great battery life, so much so that I forget to charge it because I don’t have to charge it as frequently as my old one. I now keep a spare charger with all of my travel cable set up so when I am away, I can charge it. Great that Amazon carries it, super fast shipping. Just make sure you order the correct one because they are size specific.

This Oura ring is my fourth version; I had an extra charger for every ring. If I forgot to charge before getting ready for work, I would charge when It started getting low at work. I love having an extra charger. It is the same as the one that comes with the ring itself, so it works perfectly.
