Before you buy please know:This ring does not continuously monitor your pulse- you have to go into the ap and click on take measurement. So you can’t track it. Unless you spend the entire day sitting there hitting that button repeatedlyIt also does NOT take your temp as advertised… there is an area in the ap where you can record a temp you’ve taken with a thermometer .It did not start tracking my sleep until hours after I was sleeping hard..I also will say the pulse measures very inaccurate and suspiciously fluctuates while you’re sitting there still, doing nothing. I work in healthcare and compared my own pulse measurement with the ring and it’s wildly different half of the time. Occasionally it’s right. I also had wore it for one day and the metal band was all dinged up after just one day of regular activity. This thing is garbage and is priced/ advertised to make you think it’s a generic version of other major brands, but honestly I think the entire thing is just bogus and pretty dishonest/ sketchy. I don’t recommend this for any reason. If you bought this because you have a heart condition or blood pressure that needs carefully monitored please do not use this product.

So far I like it for its functionality, but the battery life is terrible for me. I've only worn it for 2 hours today and have been at my desk working and it's drained from 100% to 78% in the 2 hours... pretty disappointing. I may end up returning it.

This ring can be used for health and fitness tracking, is easy to set up, and is mostly also waterproof

This Twievo ring is imposing—I love how it tracks my heart rate, blood oxygen, blood pressure, sleep, and steps while looking sleek on my finger. It’s great that there’s no subscription fee to worry about, and it syncs up quickly with my phone (Android and iPhone work just fine). The IP68 waterproof rating means I don’t stress about it when washing hands or even showering. It’s comfortable to wear all day and gives me a more discreet way to keep track of my fitness goals than a bulky smartwatch.

The ring is easy to use and set up, it fits true to size, the tracker is very accurate and the battery lasts a relatively long time.This would make a great gift. Highly recommend

I really like this ring! It's more comfortable to wear because it's thinner and lighter compared to other thicker rings. I really bought it to track sleep and it does a great job. It comes with an app that makes reading the data, and reading the data is very easy. So far it's durability and battery life has been great. The price is also very affordable.

The ring fits perfectly. The app is pretty straight forward. The only hangup which isn't a deal breaker is there battery life. You mite get about 3 days battery life so I'd recommend charging every 24 to 48 hours. It drains from 100% to 70% in a day with little too no use.
