Quality product. Lifted my Harley just fine and was stable. I didn’t use the straps provided but you may want to. I also used it to replace tires and brakes on a Kawasaki Vulcan but had to cut some boards because Kawasaki’s engine sits below the frame, so that’s no fault of the lift.

I hope this review helps others who are looking for a jack for bikes with low ground clearance.I looked at a lot of jacks online. This OTC advertised a minimum height of 3.5 inches. It WILL fit under the frame rails of my 2018 Breakout while its on the jiffy stand. It's a breeze to lift the bike and lower it using the foot pedals. With the bike at max height it seems sturdy enough, but I didn't hop up on the bike like shown in the J&S Youtube vidsThere were 4 ratcheting tie downs included and 4 loops on the jack to secure them to.With the bike off the ground it rolls smoothly. All 3 drain plugs were accessible when on the jack.As others have noted, theres no assembly instructions. But as you're buying this jack to work on your bike, your probably smart enough to put it together.I'm glad I chose this OTC.I had a hard time thinking about lifting a $15,000 bike over a foot using a $100 jackHope this helps and saves potential buyers some time searching.

Love the easy roll around wheels. Excellent lifting with use of leg to pump it up. Fits under my very low clearance VRod, Heritage and Road Glide. Well worth the investment. Well built.

I originally bought the Vivohome lift and returned it immediately! I honestly wouldn't trust it with my dirt bike, let alone my 800+ lb Road Glide. This lift on the other hand is so much better! It lifts the Road Glide with easy and is very stable even when lifted to the highest point. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more to get a quality lift. It's not worth trying to save a couple hundred dollars on a $30k bike!

Very solid lift (for 900lb Yamaha Venture). Lift pads nice and long, very sturdy unit.Only improvement would be a stronger handle to pull. Flexes when moving bike.

Talk about a "Brick Sh#t-house" of a lift!! This thing is solid as can be!!I received the boxed lift and struggled to get it inside the house.... it's very heavy!I assembled this inside the house, as it was about 95° outside, but I digress. The assembly was simple; install the jack and foot lever (3 bolts total) then the support bar (cotter pins)and finally the support for the handle (2 more bolts). I'm confused by those who stated that the directionsleft a lot to be desired, as I never even glanced at them. (And, aren't you purchasing this lift so that you canwork on your motorcycle??) You should be pretty handy to begin with.... anyway. This thing is sturdy as Hell, and I really like the long pads where the bike is supported. (Approx. 6" longer than my HF lift.)It rolls easily across the garage floor, which mine is a bit rough, and sits very low, giving me a lot of ground clearance to getunder the bike. This also lifts the bike close to 17" off the ground, which will make it easier to change fluids and/or work on the bike.Did I mention it was sturdy?? There was no swaying or flesing of the supports or support beams; this thing is rock solid. Finally, you can't complain about the price on this one; it costs less than half of the two leading lifts they have on the market, but as far as I'm concerned, this works perfectly for my bagger - a 2015 Road Glide Special. I'm very satisfied with this item!!

First, I want to say Amazon got this jack to my doorstep with free shipping in 2 days. Very impressive service on Amazon's part. This is a great lift for the money. It has a much more substantial and much higher quality feel than the $89.00 Harbor Freight jack. I recently bought 2 of those HF jacks and both lifts failed due to faulty welds. The second one almost squished me when a main support weld fail. YIKES. This jack I feel much more confident with. The main reason I chose this jack over the much more expensive (and capable) J&S jack is because this jack has the lowest available starting lift height at 3.5 inches versus 4.0 inches for the J&S. I own a Harley Softail which I lowered 2 inches and this lift slides under it with ease. The J&S, which is American made, much more functional, and a very mobile jack, is also almost $300.00 more with shipping. That's almost 500 bucks at my front door! No free shipping with J&S. Still, had the J&S had a lower minimum height I would have paid the price because of the functionality AND because it is made in America. My OTC 1545 arrived via UPS. Packaging was thrashed but all parts were present. The jack was very easy to assemble even without the benefit of instructions, which are not included. Took me about 20 minutes. No instructions = no big deal. I did a ton of research and read every review I could get my hands on. Over all, for a Chinese jack this one is very solid and I expect it to provide good service. However, if you can afford the J&S and don't care about the higher 4 inch starting height, I would recommend the J&S. By all accounts and reviews I have read, the J&S is the best jack available regardless of price.

Only reasonably priced bike lift that has skids wide enough to lift my 2012 Kawasaki Vulcan 1700 whose frame supports are 14" wide. Lifts my bike safely. Complaints include that lowering the bike needs to be a two man job to balance a 800 lb bike, the release of the hydraulic cylinder is too rapid. Also, the cardboard box the lift came in looks like it was shipped around the world...twice...with all the rips and holes in the box. Still, it's a much better lift than the lift from Crappy Tire, which only has 12" wide skids.
