My wife has a round bottom wok that needs support when stir frying. This stand works great and provides the support needed when doing stir fry or fried rice. Very reasonable price also.

I bought this product not for its normal use I use it in a smoker that I made for something to hold the skillet for the wood chips I will tell you this it does take heat very well because my burner is pretty big so the quality is there it has that melted down a warped yet so I'm guessing their abilities there it has little weight to it I'm just going off all the stuff at the bottom of the ideas to talk about from Amazon gives you so let's just go ahead and go fit and functionality and maybe that's everything

Fits my stove perfectly. It the perfect height to allow the flame to heat the bowl. I wish it was a little heavier, but it will work well.

For ages I've unsuccessfully tried to set up some way of placing my wok over a concentrated flame (removing the diffuser gets you a narrow flame that shoots 5" high). I used one wok ring, stacked two wok rings, no luck. This product does the trick, by raising the wok (not too high), allowing the flame to get the wok really hot. Stir frying veggies once took 10 minutes and take 3. This is a game-changer.

I just recently bought a house with a gas stove and I am new to cooking on gas. I didn't realize how much of a difference the gas would make to my wok and i basically burned everything before I found this support ring. It lifts my wok up so that I don't burn everything immediately! It is very well made and sturdy under a wok. I have also used it with a heavy pot and it is strong enough to hold that as well. It fits my stove perfectly and I am beyond glad that I found it! Highly recommend!

The welding quality is so poor, it does not lay flat on the stove. Plus the finish is peeling off. Save your money and get something else.
