Helped tremendously on bursitis shoulder. Easy to put on with sore shoulder and upper arm. Compression helps on upper arm. Size small works for small framed person. Have had one day and can feel the difference. Like that don't have to adjust arm band support.

For an athlete, this item is not idea. The strap that goes under the arm around the body - the side that lays on your skin is VERY scratchy/irritating. My son tried put it on and walked around the house for about 15 min and already had irritated skin from where the strap was rubbing raw. Not all times will the person have a shirt on; IE football pratice in the summer... The fitting of the item was not great either, I had my son's physical therapist measure him so that I could get the correct size, (PT followed how the insructions directed) and the upper shoulder part was extremly loose while the part that goes around the bicep was extremly tight. Returned!

The way the strap laid across my chest and under my armpit meant that there was a big gap on top of my collarbone; no amount of tightening could overcome the angle necessary to fit my body.Seems like good quality and was comfortable around my arm.

This shoulder brace is okay. It gets kinda bulky and the strap can be uncomfortable with long-term use. It didn't offer much support but I did remind me to not due dumb stuff with the affected shoulder.

I tried several arm sleeves to help manage my low grade rotator cuff tear. I tried products that heat up, vibrate/massage, hold ice packs, and none of them helped with the pain like this one. Unlike those neoprene sleeves, this knit material fits snuggly and comfortably around the shoulder, providing the support I needed to heal. It has also been great for me to wear while I do cardio and after my rehab sessions. I deducted one star because the strap is quite short if you are a woman’s. If you are busty it is hard to find a comfortable spot for the buckle. Above the girls leads to discomfort in the armpit. And because the strap is so short forget about trying to put it between and under your chest. I had to just tolerate the armpit discomfort because it helped my shoulder so much. Hopefully they will improve the design for women.

8 had tried. Any different types of shoulder braces with little enjoyment and comfort. This one is so comfortable I forget it's on! My shoulder does not hurt at all. The strap that crosses your chest to secure is very comfortable and it fits around my chest perfectly. I am going to buy another one for my other arm as well. Excellently made and great price too! I love that the sleeve for you upper arm is sewn together, now I don't to Velcro the sleeve wrap. My arm just slides right into the sleeve and I just pull it up to my shoulder. Loved the feel of this compression sleeve. I wore it 4 days straight snowboarding in Vail and had no issues at all.Was a little tight on chest when breathing heavy but could be adjusted easily.I actually fell right on my shoulder when wearing this sleeve and I firmly believe it gave my shoulder a bit of extra durability and support when I took the fall.Thank you Ortonyx !
