It came with a terrible tapped box, and when we opened it we were shocked!!!! The wooden body was broken, and one of the wires was broken as well! Terrible purchase and will return it for sure!👎

This guitar was received damaged and returned immediately and the only way to return the guitar was to pay for the return shipment and request reimbursement. I never received payment for this cost after asking for reimbursement.

I bought this guitar for my son as an upgrade from a smaller guitar as he grew out of that. This guitar is well priced and is of good quality. He is using it for a while now.
