Fast ship of the guitar and double boxed, too. First item I saw was the case. Amazing! This is top quality case and will make it easy to carry the instrument to lessons. First view of guitar - amazing quality from one end to the other. Love the wood and how the finish sets the different wood tones off. Now the instrument... No fret buzz - action seems fine to me and I will leave well enough alone. Tuner works very well - just takes a 9volt battery (came supplied with one). As a new player of nylon string instruments, I'll need to get used to keeping an eye on the tuning of each string - does go out of tune and that is normal for new strings. The fret board is very easy to get used to (one of the features of this model guitar is a radius fret board). Neck is smooth and easy to move around on. I will not have an issue picking this guitar up after playing my steel string guitar. Pictures I have seen of the guitar show no fret markings on the fret board. True - but there are fret markings on the edge of the fret board so I will have no issues finding the proper positions on the instrument. All in all I am very pleased to add this to my collection - making it #2 -- Don
