Great tool to have and for the price can't beat it very well crafted and built strong would very much recommend this to anyone looking for this tool to help with brakes jobs has every piece needed to do any car on the market would say I would buy again but with the quality and durability of this tool I don't think I would have to buy it again very satisfied

Excellent value and very complete set. Used to compress the rear piston on a 2021 SQ5. Initially I rented one from Autozone and didn’t work it was missing the three prong adapter but this set saved the day.

Tool was used to compress caliper pistons for rear brake pad replacement. Previously used a C-clamp to perform same function for the last 40 years but this tool made the job much easier. This brake tool was purchased because I now own a vehicle that has wind-back calipers so will eventually need that functionality when brake service is performed on that vehicle.Only complaint is that the black coating had a black powdery residue covering each metal adapter piece of the tool, and the black coating rubbed off causing black hands and fingers each time the tool was handled. To solve this, I thoroughly wipe off each piece with paper towels and mineral spirits. This solved the problem but did take about half an hour of cleaning. After cleaning, the coating appeared shinier and less dull.Also, I would suggest using light machine oil on the bolt of the thrust screw assembly prior to use.
