Your cart is empty.The ROTH ID TAG is a durable, reflective, waterproof/heat/UV resistant tag that adheres to almost any hard surface. The tag includes an area on the back for users to write emergency information, along with three adhesive strips. The two long strips are used to affix the tag to the carseat. In the event of an emergency, the ROTH ID TAG removable strip can be detached from the tag and used as an emergency medical wristband by first responders. This reduces the risk of misinformation or loss of information in chaotic emergency situations.

The only thing that was I didn’t like is that I purchased two sets and they both came in the same plastic seal. This is an issue because they are both gifts and now they “opened” when I give them.Would have given 5 stars if packaging was better and better quality.

This is one of those things that you hope you never need. At first I was a bit hesitant because of the price, then I thought about it...yes, it's about $8 per "sticker" but they are well designed, stick great and have space for you to include contact information. The sticker becomes a "bracelet" should a child ever need to be rescued.The only problem I had was finding a space on the car seat that didn't already have safety information printed (since they tell you to not cover any of that when placing the sticker.) I did find a spot. Not easy.They give you a simpler sticker for the other side of the seat in case it's not facing the open door.

In fall of 2023 I was involved in a car accident that I'm honestly not sure how any of us walked away from unscratched, pick up vs small SUV, not a match I recommend. Luckily I didn't have anyone in the car with me, but as a nanny with four young children constantly in and out of the car I felt so much anxiety when I started driving again with them in the car terrified of what could have been if I had any of them with me. I stumbled upon Roth ID Tag by accident and immediately went to researching all of the emergency tags available, Roth kept standing out to me, so I bought several tags from them. What I love about these tags is the larger space to write contact info, I could write larger when filling out info. The space for medical notes was nice. The card when removed can turn into a wristband, there is never a question on who this child is or who to call. The sticker attached in easy sight is visible in the dark with the shiny material, responders know to look for the tag when they see the sticker. I love the QR code availability, along with setting a passcode for the children to ensure the person picking up can be id'd and knows the correct password. Emergency contact card for the people trusted to pick up in case of an accident. Overall, the tags give me peace of mind that even if the unthinkable happens, the kids will be safe with responders and adults who they know easily accessed by responders.

This is a great idea, I just have a few small complaints. I think people are smart enough to know what to write on the lines. Instead of filling the usable space with other languages, why not just have the whole thing in different languages? It's sufficient to see the information written over this text, as it's unnecessarily dark. Sure in the perfect lighting of the picture I took you can see it well, but on a busy highway at night with headlights and flashing red and blue lights it will be pretty difficult to read. Also, they won't be able to read anything if it's raining, as you can see in the second picture I took. It accidentally got a drop of water on it and the ink came off. Yikes! A lot of crashes happen when it's raining. And finally, it was slightly difficult to get the adhesive just off the sides without tearing off the little wings. And with it already a little torn, I have a feeling curious toddler hands will end up peeling the whole thing off! We'll see if it holds up! Maybe on the second one I'll put a few strips of tape to laminate it.

I am often driving alone with my baby in the backseat. This product gives me peace of mind as I know that if something were to happen to me my baby is identifiable and emergency contacts would be easy to find. Roth will also help with replacement tags on their website. I believe it is for a fee, but cheaper than to purchase all over again.

Love this! I saw it on an add in IG and came running to Amazon to get it. It’s brilliant and I think this should be automatically installed by manufacturers when selling car seats! I bought 2 sets for each of my sisters’ kids

Brand new baby in the family and saw this!! Had to get!! It comes with great information on safety and how to place the stickers for the use on the car seats. They fit great on the car seat and are visable for all to see. There are additional business size cards that can be given to others in case of an emergency. I am so glad that I found these....you never know!! Plenty of room for information such as name/DOB/State/County and a list of contacts for authorities to use.
