This is a death trap for paint fumes! The water is a cool concept but the plastic where the water flows is in front of the fan and it is one solid piece. There are no holes in the plastic so no fumes are getting to the fan. I used this twice and my lungs ache and hurt and I wore a heavy mask!! This is a total gimmick, do not waste your $!!!!! You will end up w lungs full of paint fumes.

Easy to assemble. Works great. Did not find the fan too loud as others had mentioned.

Good afternoon! The drip tray is cracked! Can you send me a new box for water? Also, the fasteners that hold the water curtain plate are broken! I don't want to surrender the whole item, I just need the tray or send a whole new paint box.

This is a really good spray booth and I feel it's a bargain price for what you get. The lights are great and really help you see what you're doing. The space is large enough for some nice projects and it's very effective at moving the fumes and so on out the window. I did use duct tape to tape together all the joints in the hose to make certain everything would go out the window but I think it would work fine even without that precaution. I found it easy to put together and to understand and use. I would recommend this product.

This airbrush paint booth performs excellently. Assembly was a breeze. Took about half-hour. The three LED light panels at the top and the two sides light up the work area beautifully. I have severe COPD so my lungs need protection when I hand paint with Acrylic paints. I chose this one because it has two exhaust fans so that I can switch both fans on. Or I can switch to one fan only. Its a simple toggle switch. Switch left and both exhaust fans run, switch center and both exhaust fans are turned off. Switch right and only one exhaust fan runs. It pulls a hefty 9 cfm of air easily, Most other air brush exhaust booth's only exhaust 4 cfm. While I am painting on my hobby project I switch-on both exhaust fans until finished with painting, Then I switch to only one exhaust fan while my project is drying. There are no paint fumes smell at all in the room. The paint booth exhausts all fumes out the window where I set-up the exhaust vent. By the way, all the necessary parts for set-up are provided with the air brush paint booth. The only thing I needed was a window seal around the exhaust vent. I solved that easily. Home Depot has an air conditioning rubber foam seal package for about $3 bucks. It works perfectly. Next is the noise level. I am using the Decibel X app in my iPhone 7 Plus to measure the noise level. When everything is turned off including TV etc. the background noise level inside my room is 48 decibles which is like a quiet whisper. When I switch on both exhaust fans the noise level increases to 75 decibels which is like riding in a car with road noise. For my acute ears I use those little foam ear plugs. When inserted into my ears correctly I hear nothing even with both exhaust fans running. I am a safety nut what can I say. The ear plugs may be overkill but I like the added protection. It's a personal choice. The exhaust system design with two fan motors is very cleaver and a real space saver on a desktop. Instead of having to attach the exhaust hose directly out the back of the exhaust fan housing, this one is designed to exhaust out the top of the exhaust fan housing. That feature allows me to slide the booth snug up to the wall with no interference to the exhaust. It's all in the engineering. Here's the bottom line: The product is well engineered and well thought out. It is sturdy, light, easily assembled and disassembled. It folds up like a small suit case. The desktop footprint is acceptable. I am very pleased and impressed with the performance of this well designed and well engineered paint booth. It is a great value for the price and I definitely recommend it.

A vast improvement over the other models available. I ordered both (a 100 model and this one) and decided which one I would keep. This model being wider, better lit, having a smarter placed exhaust hose that preserves desk space, and an improved extraction rate; made this one the hands down winner. It has the ability to switch between one fan or two. There is a decibel difference in using them. It operates with one fan at 75 decibels (db) , and with two fans at 78 db. It's about the same profile as heavy traffic.I use this in an office next to my master room. If a fan is on in the master, you can't hear it in there at all. With the door closed , the sound bleed is minimal. Very happy about that.I like that there are still transparent sections that allow one to add extra lighting. The LEDs that come with this aren't bad. They seem higher than 5000k, which makes the shadows a bit harsher. Still, very usable and fixable if you aren't satisfied. I don't have very bright ambient lighting, if I did, I don't think this would be a problem to begin with. I have sprayed the following in the booth, and it has properly extracted everything. I occasionally double up with a respirator if I'm heavily spraying lacquers, despite the smell of them being near undetectable (running both fans).-Ammo Mig (acrylic and enamels)-Tamiya (acrylic)-Mr Color / Mr Surfacer (lacquer)-Hataka (lacquer)-Alclad II metallics (lacquer)I have had to clean it since, I've used Isopropyl alcohol and in tough cases, mr thinner. Nothing has caused discoloration as of yet.Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. I can paint inside comfortably, and it saved me a little money on making my own.

Just received the unit. Reasonably well packed...double boxed and arrived in perfect condition. After assembly and a quick test, I must say that this is definitely an improvement over the typical $100 units you see advertised here on Amazon. It is worth the extra 50 bucks to get the 3 sided lighting and the dual fan.Typical CFM on the other units was ~4CFM and this unit is rated at 9CFM. You can switch off one fan or run both. Noise level is about the same either way and you can definitely tell the difference in suction. The clever way they designed the interconnecting lighting was fantastic. Having light three sides should help with shadows. Also, it appears that with this design the areas where the sides fold may not need to be taped to prevent overspray from escaping, which was something I had noted in reviews on less expensive spray booths.I will update this as I begin to use it but my initial impression is that this a solid unit that will do the task well.
