I never realized the necessity of a paint booth until I did a small craft project outside with spray paint & despite great weather with no breeze & being really careful, I ended up with a couple bugs & grass stuck in the paint (so annoying!). My husband does custom carpentry projects for customers occasionally and I thought this was a great non-permanent option for higher quality craftsmanship. It works great! A lot easier to setup and larger inside than I expected. Pretty good regular inflatable quality. Pretty good blower & provides sufficient ventilation. I recommend putting down a paint drop cloth on the floor to decrease paint overspray buildup. Even though it is really heavy, you’ll need to stake down if you use outside, so you don’t have any “runaway bouncy house” situation. I appreciate that it comes with a zipper storage bag that actually fits it after it’s been inflated/used (deflated & rolled/folded up). Lighting can be a problem (especially if you use indoors). I wish it had a clear “sky light” type design in the ceiling. All in all, not perfect and not cheap but it’s a good product and works great. I recommend.

Unpacking and set up on this portable paint booth took my husband about 40 minutes. If he were to do it again, that duration would reduce substantially, but it's never going to be a 10 minute job.The material is quite thin making the booth quite light weight. We live in a very rural area (open and flat) in the Midwest where winds could be a serious factor keeping this booth from flying away. There are thin ropes/strings that attach to stakes that are designed to hold the booth in position. We had to use them to keep the booth from blowing away on a day of around an 8-10 mph breeze which is fairly common in this area.Of course, it must be noted that the structure will not remain upright unless the fan is blowing. It would be more useful if, for example, it could be supported with poles like comes with pop-up tents in the event that the power goes out and you don't want the booth to collapse on your work.I think this could be improved in a number of ways to make it more useful and reliable. We will probably not feel comfortable doing a job in the booth except on a very still day which doesn't always support getting work done on a busy schedule.

Very accurate design of the product on its page but it lacks covers for the filter windows

I used this booth three times, priming and painting a motorcycle frame, and assorted bits. It was comfortably large enough for that work, and I was able to place the frame on a rotisserie in the middle of the tent and have plenty of room to maneuver around. The small parts, and center stand, swing arm, etc., I hung from loops near the top of the tent, which worked OK, but anything much heavier, would have to be done differently. One time, I used it outdoors, un-staked on a calm day, the other times I used it in my garage/shop.Outdoors is preferred, since it is bright enough inside on a sunny day without additional lighting. The problem is that it's easily moved or blown over in mild wind. If I use it outside again, I will stake it down (duh... RTFM). Indoors, the problem is lighting. It was necessary to hang LED shop lights from the fabric straps on the top side of the tent, and there really isn't enought straps to hang the necessary lights. It helps to set up lighting outside shinning into the tent through the windows. Lighting indoors will be a challenge. The blower provides the inflation/support as well as ventilation air to the tent, through a zippered opening, flowing out through the filter panels on each side. This actually works well. I had little to no overspray outside of the tent, using a small touch-up gun. It might not work as well painting larger panels with a bigger gun.Of course, the inside of the tent gets filthy dirty with overspray. It wasn't a problem, at least yet. I would be concerned that the overspray might start flaking off, and the windows, so important for lighting might become obscured (the windows are already somewhat obscured).Overall, this is an improvement for me, better than tarping everything and trying to get the shop clean enough for painting. I expect to use this over the winter, when I do some woodworking projects, and I'm looking forward to trying spray finishing for those.

I never thought i would / need or want a paint booth... but we had a project that called for one and i couldnt belive this entire thing (which has everything you need including venting) fit in that one box... only critique is that putting it back in that same box isnt possible, so if you are not keeping it up - you have to think through storage. Well made, strong seams, and high quality for a good value.

Once inflated it looks just as it does in the product images. Appearance-wise I do wish I was able to get the wrinkles flattened out, but that's just a nitpick of mine personally. I ordered this to use in my backyard for painting projects, and it worked out well. My 2 older kiddos and I fit inside perfectly fine for painting projects which Mainly consists of Furniture. It's fairly quick to inflate, and the pump needs to be continuously going in order for this to remain inflated. The ventilation panels work well and I don't feel overpowered by fumes. Overall It has functioned as expected and serves its purpose well!
