Item is exactly as described. That's the good news.The bad news is that it is shipped in a small cardboard box inside a paper mailer. The postal services are not polite during transport and the small plastic pieces get broken. Better shipping is needed for this item to stay intact.

This is junk, the plastic housing is cracked just from sitting in my car and has not even been used yet.
