Doesn't work. Don't waste your money. The gadget doesn't fit on most eye drops bottles and when it does, the drops just drip down the inside of the eye cup and don't end up anywhere near your eye.

I am THRILLED to have found this item! Since being prescribed eye drops, I have struggled to actually get the drops in my eye! This solves my problem every time! No more guessing! Highly recommend!

Due to a tremor, putting needed drops onto his eye requires an aide. This eye dropper was suggested by a nurse, so he ordered it.Good idea. Might work nicely for him, if the piece securing the bottle was better engineered and the unit didn't arrive busted. CANNOT BE RETURNED.However, Amazon stood by him and offered a credit. May try again.

Initially, I disliked this product because I found it difficult to get the eye drop bottle aligned properly. I had also bought a different product that was made of rubber or perhaps silicone in which the bottle easily was properly seated. But after using the latter product a couple weeks, problems developed. There is a seam where the bottle was inserted, and it split open—no longer holding the bottle properly. I tried a repair with glue but that stiffened the. seam so much I couldn't get the bottle into the opening. So, I went back to try the OM guide. I have come to love it. It works really well, it is durable, and my glaucoma is improving.I am a happy camper with OM's Autodrop Eye Guide! I give it an A.

The Owen Mumford is a much better buy than the Peermax Drop Smart Eye Drop Guide ($14.99) because it’s about the same size, but is half the cost at $6.85. I found that the cup was a little bit too shallow which meant that for some eye drop bottles, I had to be careful that the tip of the eye drop bottle did not touch my eye. It has a locking cap that holds the eye drop bottle firmly in place instead of prongs. It’s very portable because of its size, but I experienced only about a 70% success rate in putting eye drops directly into my eyes. My only concern is that the hinge for the locking cap is plastic and may not last long after opening and closing multiple times over time. If the hinge breaks, the guide is useless.

Doent work. At all. Doesnt get the drop anywhere near the eyeball. And they say you can return it. But you cannot. They make you take a phone call from them. Or send you to dead end web pages. It is impossible.to do a return. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. YOU CANNOT RETURN IT.

I was recently diagnosed with early onset glaucoma. Which is going to require me to take eyedrops every day at night. I’ve never been very good at taking eyedrops. Even doing simple allergy relief ones has always been very difficult for me as a child and into my adult years. However this simple little molded plastic device has worked an absolute treat. It’s not perfect but for the value it works. It’s able to fit even some of the smallest eyedrop bottles, and once you look over the instructions, it’s pretty much idiot proof. If anyone has difficulty administering eyedrops, or hast to do it on a regular basis, I would recommend a device like this.I think the only con against it that I have is the fact that I had to actually come here to Amazon to get one. Something like this should be readily available in your home pharmacy.

The Owen Mumford Autodrop Eye Guide works perfectly. After cataract surgery in both eyes, I am required to apply prescription eye drops several times a day for a period of weeks (before and after surgery). I had enough difficulty administering eye drops before surgery, and found it to be impossible after surgery. (After surgery, the eyes have no ability to focus at close-range -- so, I couldn't tell how close the eye drop bottle was from my eyes.) My wife had been administering the drops, but this proves to be problematical if she is away, or sleeping, etc. Or, if you don't have a husband, wife, relative, etc. available -- you are out of luck. Looking online for a solution to this eye drop application problem, I came across several eye drop guides. The Mumford seemed to have largely positive reviews, so I bought that brand. It fits my prescription eye drop bottles perfectly, and provides amazingly fast and accurate eye drops (actually, much better/easier/ more accurate than having my wife apply the drops). I don't know if over-the-counter eye drop bottles will fit-- but, I'm guessing they will.NOTE: It is best to apply the eye drops (using the eye drop guide) while lying down (horizontal) so the drop will fall straight down into your eye. If you sit in a chair or stand, you will have to bend your neck and lean far back to obtain a perpendicular drop. For those reviewers who gave this product poor reviews, I'm guessing that they were not allowing the eye drops to fall perpendicular into their eyes. This would be a user error, not a product malfunction.
