It was cheaply made of soft plastic and had to be cut apart. Didn't like it at all and threw it out!! Usually never dissapointed with Amaazon purchase.

I am having a hard time using it. The eye drops keep going down my face even though I have the item close to my eye.

It came late, and quite frankly, I expected something better for $8.99 + tax. The instructions it came with were not clear at all. I probably won't use it after awhile and I most definitely will not recommend this product to anyone.
