This wire is very thick and extremely durable. Unless you are fencing off cattle, it's too much, and not easy to bend. But if you want something tough, get it. I am going to opt for a 12 gauge wire.

I use these for muscadine and blackberry trellis - works great, easy to install, lasts a long time.

Bought this wire over a year ago and the wire I bought now are of the same excellent quality. Make no mistake, this is a very stiff wire that is more difficult to bend; excellent for my needs!

This was a little hard to work with being so thick. I suggest using a gripping connector to terminate a wire run. This thickness would be difficult to wrap tightly around a post.

This is a great project wire for the right projects. It is very stiff but will, with a bit of effort, still can be cut with heavy duty wire cutters. It can be formed, with effort again, into usable shapes. I used the wire to hold outdoor lighting connections off the ground by forming a stake with a coil top where the extension cord could be slipped into the coil to hold it above any rain flooding. I was able to bend the wire into the coil with a diameter slightly larger than a quarter. The wire was stiff enough to be pushed into the ground. I also used the wire, bent into an "S" to form a hook to hang a large (32") wreath over a mirror. I covered the "S" with some white gaffers tape to hide the hook and to avoid scratching the mirror frame.

not only was this a good price, but this is a great heavy duty wire for my Grapes!we have put 1 line of wire up with 5 more to go, the 9 gauge wire is very heavyduty and will hold the grapes up without the weight of the Grapes swaying the wire down, like the thin wire that we use before. we are very happy placing our order with this companyand will order from them again, very prompt and received our order before its time.Price~Date Received~Qualitythe rolls are just the right length,T.
