Works well in my Big Green Egg. Much better than the iron plate from Big Green Egg. Really like the divider alowing to fill just half of the charcoal bowl

Makes charcoal grilling and cleaning much easy and less messy. Works ideally with my Big Green Egg (Medium Size) . Make sure you select the correct ceramic cooker size. That will be your biggest decision. Everything else will be a pleasant joy. Making your outdoor BBQ experiences better

I use this in my ceramic smoker and it works great. It replaced the flat and round grate that came with the grill. The basket allows the airflow to keep the fire going and clean up is much easier now. It's light weight but sturdy. Highly recommend!

Love the price compared to the kick ash basket. Works the same and last Both are made from high grade stainless steel.so way pay $40 more just because it says kick ash?

I have an XL BGE and after using it for two cooks I’m wondering what took me so long to get this. Before I could put it in I had to remove a lot of charcoal from a previous cook. My wife couldn’t understand why I wanted this, so after she watched me choking to death on all the ash dust she finally got her aha-moment. It is heavier than I thought it would be, which is a good thing, so hopefully it lasts a good long time. All I can say is that if you don’t have one and are tired of choking on ash dust every time you want to clean it out, then you need this in your life.

It was like Cinderella's slipper on the fit: just slid nicely into place. (Be sure to remove the original cast iron grate however!). Doesn't impede airflow and makes cleanup much easier. Definite recommend.

Didn't fit extra large bge. It would just sit in and then fall with the slightest of movement. Only useable if you keep the original charcoal grate so no increased air flow.

This is advertised as "Fits for 24 inch X-Large Big Green Egg and other similar size ceramic grills." My PittBoss K24 needed this feature but the this basket is way too big and sticks up 1" at the rim of the basket and 2.5" at the handles of the basket. This does not allow me to use my grate, ceramic heat diffuser, or water pan so is a return item for me.I am giving it 4 stars however as the product itself is very well put together, I will look for a different model from this vendor as the price was good but the size description threw me off
