I bought this for my husband, who has a bad back, to use when we're watching our granddaughter's sporting events when there's bleacher seating. Didn't get to use it till yesterday, but it was terrific, kept him very comfortable and folds up very compact for keeping in he trunk. I also used it for sitting cross-legged on the lawn later. It was, again, very comfortable.

I use this as a replacement seat for my TuckTec kayak and it works great. Very comfortable and supportive. I won a free TuckTec and when it gets here I will be ordering another one. Oh happy day!

It is light weight and very comfortable. Works well for both smaller and larger people. Would definitely recommend for reclining ability, foldability, style and value for money.

I could not live without this on my beach trips anymore.. bought another one and using it to chill by the water, sitting at ground level on the beach, which to me is far better than any sort of beach chairs with legs, better than inflatable seating and anything else i've tried

We love these seats! We are huge sporting event fans including high school (football and basketball). I am in my 60's and those hard benches bother me...until we got these! I am late with this review but have had these a few years and have used them at least 25 times! High school basketball & football and we are season ticket holders for college football as well and bring these in for every game! Most comfortable portable chairs and they flatten out with shoulder straps so I carry 2 with ease. very light! Many people ask us where we got them. The ONLY problem is they are wide seats so at crowded arenas 2 of these take up 3 reserved seats. For general admission or stadiums not full they are perfect.

The seat is light and fairly comfortable, but there are other seats out there with better cushioning that could be worth spending a bit more if you spend a lot of time at sporting events. This seat also has nothing on the bottom to keep it from sliding or falling backwards. Most other seats have hooks, fastening straps or some kind of gripping materials on the bottom. If I sit at the end of a row, I was sometimes able to use the shoulder strap to help secure it a bit, but it still slid around a lot and only worked if seating was available in just the right area. My husband likes to lean back a bit if there's a back on his seat/chair, but the lack of securing mechanism on this seat causes it to tip back a bit when doing so, making it unsafe for those that like to recline. The seat now sits in our garage collecting dust.

I bought this initially to make playing on the floor with my baby easier. It’s exactly as described and works very well. And I can say it’s gotten lots of use over the last few years and my kids love to steal it. only complaint is that the cover is a bit tricky to remove to wash it.

Lightweight, easy to throw on your shoulder and set up at the park or beach. Sturdy frame- felt comfortable resting on the back. Even used it for a sturdier back in outdoor chairs.

I looooooove it! The quality is great. It’s very comfortable and secure. Perfect for the beach or anywhere you want a back rest. I love sitting on the ground but it’s less comfortable now that I’m not a child anymore and this is the perfect answer. I’m buying a second one before next summer.

Comfortable to sit in. Supports back well and stands up to the abuse of kids.

It is big. I wanted something that was easy to carry when traveling. This obviously won't fit in a hand carry and not very light or easy to carry in hand. When I carry it, It keeps hitting my legs, but the size is perfect to sit on. But there is just the right amount of cushion on the bottom and back. Size-wise, I found the seat very comfortable to sit on. I also like that it is very study, The back will give you good support and can also be adjusted to get the right position.

I researched the product and the one pictured is a deluxe model, so I thought this was a SUPER buy on Amazon. What came is the regular model - the "carrying handle" hole is not in the back of the seat as in the picture, but it was still a fair price. (Find detailed product comparisons at picnicgear.com.)The deluxe model has the handle hole right in the seat and the back folds over flat, making it smaller/easier to carry. I was disappointed until I saw that the deluxe model only has 5 seat positions; this one has 6, and they are comfortable. I'd rather have more support options v. ease in carrying the thing and a pocket.I paid for guaranteed 2-day shipping, but it didn't make it in time. Amazon customer service was very helpful in working with the shipper, and Amazon refunded the premium shipping cost without any hassle. This little seat was much sturdier than what I bought locally when it didn't arrive on time; no squeaky, slipping straps. Haven't tried the Oniva on a bleacher yet, but it worked great in the bunk in the RV. I'll be able to sit comfortably and read at night, and then just set it against the wall when I'm done.
