Works well and easy to inflate. Looks and feels a lot better than a huge, bulky life vest

Helped my wife float while snorkeling and made well. Belt is a little weird and goes up your rear end a bit much and if it's loose float slide up over your head, but does work.

I (5'6", 135lb) got the vest to snorkel while in Cozumel, Mexico. I'm not comfortable in the water, and needed something to keep me safe, while exploring on my own. My SO laughed everyone I put it on but I loved it as it kept me comfortably floating without any issues. I used it 5 days in a row, and I hope I can get a few more used it of it. So far it showed no signs of wear. The vest is easy to blow up, and easy to store when deflated. I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

I bought 2 of these for our trip to St John. I like to snorkel but I sink. I remembered a cruise where they gave us something like these to float better. Searched all the options and chose these. I’m very happy with the quality. Better than I expected and seem like they will last a while. Barely seem Chinese. Easy to inflate exactly the amount you want and release too. Yes the strap is atomic wedgie but mostly when you are vertical. Not bad at all swimming. Made the day a joy. Couldn’t have lasted without it and will use them again every time I snorkel. Friends saw them and will likely get them too. Would buy again.

I bought 4 of this inflatable vest for my family and myself to use during a trip to the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico. It folds down to the size of a paperback book which makes packing a breeze. It is easy to unfold/strap on/inflate through the mouse piece while the vest is on. The straps are ample long. One strap goes from center of back panel across between legs to clip onto the center of the the front panel. The second strap goes from one side of the back panel across the front abdomen to clip onto the other side of the back panel.I find it hard to move around in the water when the vest is fully-inflated. I only blow my vest about 80% full which still provides good buoyancy. The front panel of vest pulls up on me while I snorkel so it becomes like a "pillow" just under my chin. It is uncomfortable as the straps pull and the seam of the edge feels hard on my chin while moving in the water, but it gives me the floatation and security needed as I am not a confident swimmer. My husband and sons seem not to have as much of an issue. It can be because they have longer torso therefore the vest is a better fit for them. I am 5'4".After having used it in both cenotes swimming and laguna snorkeling, I plan to cut the straps shorter so the ends are not dangling as long and to sear the ends with a lighter to prevent the woven fibers from unraveling. In some cenotes in Mexico, one is required to wear a life vest, I didn't want to rent one that was shared over many times by other swimmers. It also saves time to have our own equipment.Overall I consider this floatation vest a good investment.
