This was easy to pack wear and inflate/deflate. I also like the neoprene on back as extra protection from the sun while snorkeling. The bright yellow provided good visibility in the water. This dried out quickly in our ship cabin. The jacket style was IMO better than the ones that go over your head like an old life preserver. Additionally with this vest style you DO NOT need an uncomfortable strap between your legs to prevent it from riding up like the over-your-head types.

This worked very well for snorkeling while in Hawaii. Perfect buoyancy and easily adjustability.

First I ordered the Phantom Aquatics Vest but I didn't like it at all (it and comfort) so I ordered both the Scuba Choice and the Seal Buddy jackets vests to see which I liked best.Scuba Choice Pros:- Easiest to adjust, by far. There are 2 web straps with buckles on each side that you just pull to tighten and lift the buckle end to release. The mesh sides allowed it to compress more easily.- Mesh pockets with a velcro close on the sides- Neoprene back gives warmth added UV protectionScuba Choice Cons:- The material on this and the Phantom Aquatics was really stiff, (think like a thin plastic folder) feeling somewhat like being in a box costume at Halloween.- Some underarm irritation, although much less than Phantom Aquatics because the sides were mesh instead of the vinyl fabric and slightly deeper armholes.- The neckline was really high and snug. It was really snug around my neck.I thought the Scuba Choice was far better than the Phantom Aquatics but I'm really sensitive about any pressure around my neck so I ended up going with the Seal Buddy jacket vest. I was hesitant to give up the easier adjustability, pockets and neoprene back but the Seal Buddy had a softer material, deep armholes and wider neckline that made it the most comfortable for me.Update 3/24/19 I ended up ordering a Rrtizan too because the Seal Buddy ended up only having one color available at the time. Both worked really well and were pretty comfortable. The overall design was almost identical but I give Rrtizan the advantage because it was easier to adjust and it came with crotch straps. We didn't need them but it's nice to have the option. The Seal Buddy did have a nicer mesh bag that also (barely) fit my snorkel and mask too.All 4 vests seemed to have the same type of air valve. It's not quite as easy to get the air out if you want to dive as I expected/was hoping. You're never going to get the air out of all the areas, especially while wearing it. But it was nice to have a little flotation assist, particularly on one day when the water was pretty rough.

Adds a safety features as it makes you stand out in the water. Extra buoyancy is great for longer snorkeling sessions.

Took this to La Paz to swim with whale sharks. High quality, worked well, guides liked it and I didn’t need to wear a standard boat life vest they insist you wear to snorkel.

Good quality vest. Bought it for my fiance and she like it. She just wished it came in smaller sizes. One size fits all is not always a good thing. The bottom strap helps cinch it up so it stays snug and doesn't ride up much.

The picture looks unflattering, but this vest worked out well. It is adjustable on the sides, and the pockets (with a velcro closer) are handy and nothing fell out while I was snorkeling, It is easy to inflate or deflate. I liked that the yellow was on the back, too, since there were some jet ski's and other watercraft at one of the beaches where we were snorkeling, and the yellow color makes it easier for others to see you even when your face is in the water. I'm under 5 feet, and my husband is taller, and the 2 vests I bought adjusted to fit us both.
