How is it different to other mirror star diagonals?
In a standard mirror star diagonal, a clamping screw is used to fix the accessory in place. But if screwed too tight it can leav an ugly scar on the eyepiece barrel. This was not supposed to arrive for another two weeks but -surprise showed up today! Workmanship is top-notch SCT thread all the way to the end so it threads well onto Celestron F6.3 focal reducer. This thing is massive and beautifully crafted at the same time. Very happy with it and i really like the twist tight retainers that hold securely the 1.25 and 2inch eyepieces. It was packed in styrofoam and boxed well. Now I’m waiting for my 1st 2 inch eyepieces.

Gegenüber meines Original, habe ein Celeron Nexstar 6SE, ein riesen Teil und trotzdem leicht für die Größe. Es ist eine wahre Aufwertung meines Teleskops. Endlich richtiger Halt am Gewinde. Durch den Twistlock sehr guter Halt der Okulare und keine Angst mehr vor Beschädigungen von den billigen Klemmschrauben. Es kommt spürbar mehr Licht an. Unbedingte Empfehlung denn das Gerät ist jeden Cent der 164 € wert.
