A chair for your astronomical observing? - this is a lot more important than you may think, as it allows you to observe while remaining completely relaxed. It has been demonstrated that nothing disturbs your observing as much as a cramped posture at the telescope.

Observing while sitting?
For many telescopes this is the optimal observing position. Nearly all small to medium-sized Dobsonian telescopes are included in this. Likewise most refractors - whose eyepiece is situated not at the top but at the lower end of the telescope.
Comfortable padded seat for extended observing sessions
On the comfortably soft seat cushion, you may not feel exactly like you are at home on the couch, but it still allows you to spend long periods at the telescope without discomfort. The generous 35x25cm seating area and 5cm thick padding makes it ideal for those long astronomy evenings.

Se utiliza habitualmente para observaciones astronómica, por eso la compré y aun la tengo en perfectas condiciones.Estar durante horas de pie observando puede llagar a ser , para nuestras espaldas, un problema que con los años se va agravando así que es mejor ir pensando en ello y una silla de estas características es una muy buena inversión.Recomendable

Consegnato nei tempi previsti, l'oggetto arriva praticamente montato e pronto all'uso. Solo un facile e rapido innesto della seduta, regolabile ad ogni altezza possibile ovvero sulla lunghezza verticale della struttura, esattamente come da foto, solo muovendolo su sé stesso, si blocca da solo in posizione orizzontale. Facile, efficace in visione, comodo. Si piega per riporlo in poco spazio, alzando o togliendo facilmente il cuscino. Prezzo un po' alto per i materiali, ma infine corretto per la "genialata", benché semplicissima, dell'oggetto. Non so dire per durata materiali, in particolare staffe pieghevoli e cuscino, qualche dubbio che non modifica la valutazione. Lo consiglio.

Der Stuhl ist sehr stabil und mit einem Griff in einem weiten Bereich zu verstellen. Die Sitzfläche ist nicht zu klein und weich gepolstert. Den Astrostuhl kann ich empfehlen.

This works for its intended purpose, has wheels for dragging it, but:1) The seat does not fold up and must be unscrewed in two places for removal for most transport, a nuisance.2) There is no neck rest on the top. There can't be in the middle, for the seat to slide, but not on the top means leaning back to rest for a even a moment is uncomfortable.3) The folding arm between front and rear stands looks a bit flimsy.

I have couple of telescopes and I use them at the same time. So need couple of observing chairs. I have made my own Denver chair but wanted one more so bough this one.Plus points-This is a good observing chair. It is sturdy, light, it has wheels to haul it around and is cheaper compared to other ready made similar chairs.Minus points-The seat I received, its back is not parallel to the plane of frame so looks little odd but it is a minor manufacturing defect I can live with. It does not affect seating or observing. The most irritating thing about this chair is that when not in use, the seat won't fold, you have to remove it and keep it aside. Or else it stays perpendicular to the folded frame. So, something that could have taken a max 6 inches of depth when folded now requires about 2 feet of depth.Manufacturer should see the design of 'Denver chair' and see how it can completely folds and becomes a slim unit when not in use.
