I liked the chair it is sturdy my husband assemble it, it was ok not hard to do but I was expected to be little higher than this one . I needed higher chair due to my surgery . Any way I kept it .

I found the chair to be wonderfully spacious and exceptionally comfortable, which has truly made a difference in my experience. The style is fantastic, and I really appreciated how straightforward the installation process was. However, I did run into a few challenges along the way, but I was pleasantly surprised by the promptness of the customer service team. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the manufacturer for their immediate response; they genuinely took the time to work with me and find the best solution.

Was in search of two light weight office chairs for a moderately used office. Came across this product based on overall cost. Was expecting light weight however, pleasantly surprised by the weight and padding of these chairs. I'd put them up against much more expensive chairs. They were easy to assemble and the packaging was some of the best I had seen, taking care to wrap each part to avoid scuffs or tears. Impressed with the look and feel. On top of all this they offer a warranty as well!!!!

This chair is amazing. Excellent quality, exceptionally packaged, extremely comfortable, and a breeze to assemble. I'm 5'2" and my feet perfectly touch the floor when seated all the way back in the chair.

The vinyl-padded seat and backrest provide just the right amount of cushioning to keep me comfortable, even when I’m sitting for long periods. I’ve used this chair for everything from working at my desk to eating dinner when I have guests over, and it performs well in every situation.Overall, this is a great addition to any home, especially if you need something that is easy to store and transport. We needed a chair for my mother-in-law who is 95 and had difficulty getting out of her kitchen chair because it didn't have arms so she could push herself up and out of the chair. We looked in area stores but couldn't find anything we felt was suitable so we checked Amazon to see what they had. We liked the appearance of this chair so we decided to buy one. After assembling it we both tried it for a few days to see if it would work for Mom which we both felt it did. The chair is very sturdy and comfortable and also nice looking. We took it to Mom's and had her try it, by the way she's pretty picky, but she loved it. She was able to get up from the table with no trouble because of the arms and even liked how it looked. Very nice chair at a reasonable price. Would buy again without hesitation if the need arose.

Could not put together the first time because holes didn't match up to connect the backrest to the metal supports. Contacted customer service and asked if I could send it back and not have to pay the shipping because it was a bad product, and they just sent me another back rest and arms. They mentioned their most common complaint is the screws not going in on the backrest, but wondered if the arms could be bent as well. Got those hoping it would work, and still had a PAIN of a time getting the screws that hold the back rest on to go in, but FINALLY succeeded. I was so excited to try it out, but it did not sit level on the floor, and rocks back and forth when you sit in it. I tried readjusting everything I could to try and fix the problem, but to no avail. I got it for a guest chair, and that will never do. Very very disappointed. I contacted customer service, sent them pictures and asked for a refund, as I don't have extra money to waste on it (thus the reason for ordering a cheaper, supposed to be good, chair), and got no response. DO NOT BUY! Waste of money, effort, and time. Get a more expensive one, it will be worth it. Also, arm rests are very thin and not cushiony at all. Feels cheap altogether.
