Returned this chair as it was low quality. The screws did not line up, the arm rests were painted plastic. High price for low quality.

This chair is awesome. I have a carpeted office and didn't want a roller chair, and I didn't want to put down a plastic mat. This seemed like a good alternative. Took a few minutes to assemble - basically this comes in seven pieces - the two arms, two leg halves, a bar connecting the two leg halves at the base, a seat, and a seat back. There's a packet of bolts to fasten everything together. The unit does include an Allen wrench for most parts, but you will also need a screwdriver (I used a Philips, but the bolts also have a slot for a large flat blade screwdriver) for one bar attaching the two legs together. This chair is super comfortable, and feels really solid - not rickety or flimsy at all. The bottom cushion is thick and substantial, yet supportive. The seat back has some "give" to it so it's really comfortable on your back and does not force you into a rigid upright position. I like the mesh seat back as it breathes and doesn't get hot. I like this so much I just ordered a second one.

Feet at front of chair have a coarse surface which makes it difficult to slide around on carpet, otherwise the chair is fine.

Great, simple chair for the price. Easy to assemble by myself. I've had it for a year and a half, and it's perfectly comfortable, but now it likes to slide down at random, so that's upsetting.Edit: I have had this chair for almost 3 years now in a college apartment. It's holding up just fine, except for the sliding down, which happens all the dang time now. So it's great for a college budget and fits the small space, but won't be keeping it much longer than I have to.

Was not satisfied with its construction. The bottom attachment had good holes for the bolts with wheel assembly, the seat was comfortable. After several days without a back, my back bothered a lot, so I changed chairs. Difficult 4 holes in the mesh back, 1 hole was able to connect on a slant the other 3 poorly made, no grip with the bolts at all.Side holes in seat not the best either.

Chair was everything promised; of course, you need to assemble it. It is comfortable and well made--a good value. During the summer months in my office, the seat doesn't breath, and is too hot; my bottom sweats! The mesh back is fine. This product is exactly as advertised and a great value; just consider whether your climate will result in a hot bottom.

There were three lower priced "breuer" type chairs for sale here. I bought the least expensive one here, first-- The "New Black Office Desk Chair Side" and had to return it because of its poor quality. The quality was SO poor that the holes were stripped and I couldn't even get the chair together. Had I gotten it together, it would have probably been a three star chair. Totally average. Poor quality, but low price, so I woulnd't have really been upset at the poor quality. This chair, though, surpasses my expectations and is definitely a better chair than the price would suggest. It's very very comfortable-- more comfortable than our other wheeled office chair, high-quality leather, etc. I love using this chair.

5 stars, easy assembly though one bolt would not go in all the way. Tried all the rest but it is simply the hole it goes into that is manufactured improperly. Used an allen wrench set I have to drive it almost all the way in though so it does not move. It obviously sticks out a bit but I do not care.I got tired of the expensive swivel, height adjustable chairs I had been using as they always flatten out quickly or their pumps fail or the seat won't maintain a strong firm hold (aka they lean back when you try to push up against the back). So I switched to a chair and this one had nothing but glowing reviews and was well priced.Cannot beat the 2 day shipping. Lumbar is excellent though I worry it will wear out over time. The seat cushion is top notch and does not seem like it wear out fast though the faux leather may rub off over time. I use my chair 3-4 hours a day, in a row, at home for my computer and could not afford a true office quality swivel chair which are $300-400+.I will update after a few months of use IF something goes wrong. Otherwise assume I am still in love :D Also, it is the perfect height for standard computer desk. Roughly 29" to the desk top though if you are shorter I would utilize a keyboard tray, I am 6'.

Great chair! Not hard to put together, of course, with an Allen wrench! However, it's really easy. It's really comfortable, sits nice, and a great value. It's the only one in this price range with actual arms. All the others had what I call t arms! Anyway if you are looking for a nice chair, this is it.UPDATE:This chair broke after a couple of weeks. However, being as how Amazon is awesome, they sent me a new one. Look out if you lean back too far, that's not what I did, but just be careful. And, it is noisy.

Chair is built solid. Wanted to give a 5 star rating but was unable to get one of the screws to line up for one of the legs. Chair is really comfortable and sturdy however even minus the 1 screw. 5-10 mins to assemble.

I was a little leery about this chair at first as I have never tried a mesh chair before. I am a college student and I spend a lot of time at my desk in a chair - whether it be doing homework or gaming in my down time. What struck me first was how comfortable it is. The mesh is very pliable yet strong. The feature that I like the most is an elastic strap that is in the angle in the backrest. It supports the lower back greatly and really helps you keep good posture. It is almost impossible to slouch in this chair. Assembly is very easy and straight forward. All the necessary hardware is included and the chair is plainly labeled underneath to prevent you from attaching the seat backwards. The chair itself seems to feel very sturdy and is made of quality material. I would have no problem recommending this to anyone.
