Finally it worked like a charm but only after some time of thinking through and modifications. I must say their customer service was very good and responsive although the product lacks one key feature: memorizing the opening/closing positions after a power outage. Also it closes very tightly. So to have a permanent setting of opening/closing positions without the worry of a power outage reset, I had to cut the chain to the desired length (losing some future flexibility) and put some padding at the closed position to prevent damage to the window. Now it simply works!

I had a unit that lost pairing. Communicated the issue to the vendor and they sent me a new unit.

Just says its offline... I tried to troubleshoot but the app is asking for light indictators, but there isnt lights on this thing. Expensive paper weight

With just a little modification (with a file) this can be installed on a Pella window with the screen remaining installed. The APP seems to be flawless. I recommend this product. It should be easy to modify for your application.
