Worked great on my mothers power lift recliner that broke when the great grandkids decided the chair was some kind of new ride for them to try out. Guess who got to learn how to replace a electric RAM on a power chair? I gave moral support and quite a bit of verbal threats if it wasn't "absolutely perfect for great grandma again"! Perfect fit just takes 3X longer to go from closed to fully reclined. Maybe that’s what they mean by “refined”.

The recliner actuator is about 3 inches longer than the original I wanted to replace. Although it fits in the space provided, it takes a lot longer to open and close.
