Product is refurbished and not new, and there is nothing in the description letting you know that. We tried to get Okidata to help us on these issues, and they said product is old and they can't help us mon these issues. We spent a lot of money to get 2 printers that don't work. I have not been able to get a reply from the 3rd party on this problem.
