Fired up engine and coolant temp gauge quickly went all the way to overheat range. Eventually replaced with a different sensor and the reading went back to normal

Temp reading high, but still gives a good indication of engine heat. As accurate as many fuel tank gauges- haha. Yes, I would buy again.

I'm sure somebody will get a functioning unit, but the build quality is cheap, when it arrived the unit was basically split in half- the top sits inside the bottom with a plastic retainer and not very tight at that, installed to replace my old sensor and it's not giving a reading- like I said someone else might get a functioning one but idk

easy to install and read the temp. had to replace with a shorter one for my application because it was too deep but not the fault of the part.

Sensor stop working after 10 months call Amazon they said that the seller didn't offer 1year warranty so no replacement for broken sensor. Now I need to purchase another sensor and this time I will look for a seller that offer 's the typical 1 year warranty so my purchase will be cover by the warranty.

Worked like a charm. Needed to replace the sensor for an aftermarket instrument cluster on an 03 Jeep TJ. Easy fix.Used an adapter and plugged into the throttle body area.

Its kinda cheaply built but get the job done. Install and forget about it. This is the second unit ive purchased because i was a bit too heavy handed tightening the first one which worked fine for aa short time.
