everything fits, it's good that I was attentive and saw this, I don't think it's okay, just check before installing that piece can go straight to your vanos and cause a lot of trouble

BMW E53, M54 engine. Hose about 1/2 inch too long, and bends not exact curve like oem. Anyhow, twisted it to fit, and so far no leaks. In time with heat and use it will probably conform to proper shape. Two previous orders for more expensive offerings lost in transit, refunds received. Had to get something to get car finished.

Installed this on my 330ci with an M54 B30. Was longer than the original and much worse quality. Did not like that is was longer as it kinda pinches the rubber hose. Appears to work(haven't started the car yet but don't see it being an issue). I would not purchase this again

Vehicle: 2002 BMW X5 M54B30 A/TI bought this over the other options solely because it came with the gasket rings. I can't believe other manufacturers aren't including such cheap hardware. The length was good on my unit as well. There was no stretching involved when I installed it. However, I did have to twist the upper end(the one that goes towards the valve cover) a little bit to bolt it in.I changed this line out when I was replacing my oil filter housing gasket so the install was a breeze. It's very important to bolt the lower end very loosely until the whole oil filter housing assembly is bolted back to the block. After that, you can adjust the angle of the line as needed.Overall I'm satisfied with the value, quality, and ease of installation.[The new oil line is pictured on left]

This was suppose to be my vanos oil feed line on my E39 but it's way to short. I feel it's not even worth the hassle to return being only $10 too
