Good socket but is an impact thicker walled socket so would not work on a 2016 jeep wrangler. Needed a thin walled socket because of space issues. Other than that the socket seems heavy duty

I ordered this product in order to replace my sensor on my chevy silverado. Only to find out the socket isn't long enough to engage the sensor it just spins on the plastic of the sensor. I compared this socket to my 1/2" drive impact sockets and they are the same length. Don't waste your money, buy the brand name. Lisle sales the right socket.

I was quoted $150 to replace the oil pressure sensor on my truck. NOPE. So I set off to do it myself. After review, I realized I needed a special socket. Sure, you can get the sensor off without it. But this is made for the job. Don't go through the hassle of trying to rig something. Just get this.Easy to uninstall old sensor, and install the new.Great value for the money - beats the quote I received.

Bought this socket to switch out oil pressure sensors on GM LS and engines, says it’s a1-1/16” (27mm) size which is the size of my 4.8-6.0L engines but tried it and it’s too small. The socket seems decently built for price but it’s more like a 1” socket which doesn’t help for the purpose/job it was intended for. I ended up having to use a different solution and won’t be buying this again… DON’T BUY unless you want a socket chilling in toolbox doing nothing, if I can’t return I’ll probably take some spare time modifying socket so it’s not a worthless tool in my toolbox.

The size of this socket was spot on at 1 1/16 inch, or 27 mm. I used the wrench to remove and install a new oil sensor switch on my Dodge Ram. The socket is about the same size as my 1/2 inch drive impact sockets, but it's actually 3/8 drive. The 3/8 inch drive allows for nimble narrowness around the AC lines that pack in on the front of my truck. Glad I bought this special wrench.
