I bought this collection specifically for the smaller 1.8 inch needles shown in the photo and description, and was disappointed to find that none were included. Smallest needles in my tube were 2.25. Oh, well. I'll try another brand.

I love the fact that these came in varying sizes and in a tube. They can be a little hard to open, but that is the way with most collapsible beading needles. They fit through all of my size11/0 beads, and will be trying them on my 15/0 ones. They are as sturdy as any other ones I have used, and do bend easily, but that is to be expected. Will be buying again

Disclosure - I did not get these for beading work. I got them because I wanted stiffer, easier to use needle options which big eyes because my eyes are starting to get age decline - it's harder for me to see without glasses.These are easy to use, easy to thread, comes in a variety of sizes and the composite metals seems durable.So again I wanted to be clear I have NOT tried these for beading or jewelry making - my goal was simply thicker needles, which are easier to thread. But it does what I need it to and makes it easier on my eyes. I recommend these to anyone with similar issues.

These work wonderfully for beading. Makes life a lot easier. Sure beats trying to string them on the cording/wire, etc. without these.
